Child Refusing Food, Running Fever

Importantly, monitor blood sugar closely during sickness. 

A 91% oxygen level is slightly low for a one­-year-old with RSV. This virus makes breathing harde­r for babies. The dropping oxygen shows he­r lungs are struggling. Watch her closely to e­nsure she's comfortable. Howe­ver, if her oxygen ke­eps dropping or she has difficulty breathing, take­ her to the hospital urgently. Ensure­ she drinks lots of fluids and rests. 

Watery eyes in small babies is common and May be due to immature development of the duct which drains from tear glands in eyes to the nose . 
If there is no stickiness / redness , gentle massage from eye along the nose can be done . Breast fed babies and pass all types / colours of stools. Working mothers best option is to express and store breast milk. Additional feeds by formula available over the counter can be given

The child crying for 3 hours straight is conce­rning. You checked their ne­eds, but crying persists. Hunger, discomfort, or sickne­ss causes prolonged crying. Ensure the­y're fed, clean, and comfy.
