Why are my IVF attempts unsuccessful with AMH 3.5?
My all reports are normal with AMH 3.5 I had 2 miscarriage in past after 1 month of conception. (Normal pregnancy no medication) I underwent for 4 IUI & ultimately ended up in unsuccessful IVF last month due to embryo arrest on 3rd day. my age 36 husband age 39 Husband sperm motility 45%

You shared having troubles with miscarriage and IVF not working. A low AMH with repeat miscarriage and failed IVF is tough. Poor sperm movement might also affect getting pregnant. The best step is talking to an IVF specialist or ways to boost chances of pregnancy working.

Egg shedding with clots and cramps already at the 9th week of pregnancy, after having the IUD removed, seems not the right thing to happen.
