You're experiencing pain while taking ciprofloxacin, which occurs occasionally during your treatment. This pain may be caused by irritation in your stomach due to the medication. Prolonged exposure to ciprofloxacin can lead to discomfort. It's important to inform your doctor about this so they can advise you on the next steps.

Within 20 days I feel a small white lesion has grown by the side of originally biopsied area. I discussed with doctor and he suggested me for wide excisional laser biopsy. What is the chance of cancer in this biopsy? Do I still have chance of re occurance?
