For very big open pores, the oil secretion needs to be controlled, because if oil secretion is not controlled, the pores wont reduce. For oil correction using salicylic acid based face washes, avoiding hair oil are important measures. Apart from that micro-needling or micro-needling radiofrequency, CO2 Laser are better options than just dermabrasion though microdermabrasion might have little effect on open pores.

I am Nursing student.27 year old I have painful itchy pimples on fore head and few hard pimles on scalp.. It's irritating, uncomfortable and it's very painful.Some are swelled. And some few medicines I have taken which are Pentid 400 for 10 days Dexamethasone for 6 days Zerodol sp 6 days And also applied or applying Cosvate GM plus plus cream which effective sometimes.... But my problem is not solved... It's been cleared in some area and grown in other with same moderate symptoms and also eye pain and headache What to do sir / madam please help

I am using salicylic acid cleanser and niacinamide serum. Does using orange peel paste once a week affects skin or will it get along with salicylic acid and niacinamide skin care routine

This is a safe approach if you include orange peel paste in your skin care regime once per week. However, one must be aware that it could irritate or sensitize the skin in some cases. I have suspected genital herpes and had a 5 day course of Aciclovir which finished about 12 days ago. It was improving but I can feel another sore coming. Is this a new outbreak or oart of the same outbreak and do I take another course of Aciclovir?
