It is entirely natural to have period pain, including if your period has not yet come. This period of pain represents the ups and downs our body goes through with hormones as they change. A warm bath or a warm water bag on the tummy can be used to ease the pain. If pain gets too severe or you have any further worries; contact a gynecologist.

Missing periods can be due to other reasons than pregnancy, like stress, changes in weight or exercise routine, PCOS, thyroid disorders, etc. You can consult a gynecologist who can examine you and run some tests to determine the cause of your missed periods. They may recommend further hormonal assays, ultrasound, or a biopsy test of the uterus lining.

Medications during this time require medical advice. High blood pressure needs treatment for mom and baby's well-being. Doctors sometimes adjust dosages or change prescriptions. Follow their guidance closely and keep them informed.

Heavy menstruation bleeding
Female | 28
If you notice that blood pads or tampons are soaking every hour, large blood clots, or bleeding for more than seven days, that is a lot. This might be caused by hormonal imbalances, fibroids, or other reasons. To seek assistance, go to a gynecologist who will be able to recommend some possible treatments like medications or surgical procedures to help deal with this.

Hi I suppose to see my period on 27th this month and it’s 3 days late now I haven’t see it yet and I’m feeling stomach pain, have take a pregnancy test it was negative
Female | 22
Naturally, the person might feel scared if the time of their period is late, especially when they manifest abdominal discomfort. Such delays can be caused by hormonal imbalances, stress, or alterations in routines. However, you may well have other causes for this, as your pregnancy test was negative. Drinking water, keeping stress under control, and eating a balanced diet are some of the things you can do. However, let them know if your experience is lasting or begins to become unbearable. I would suggest seeing a gynecologist if the problem is not getting any better.

I had a unprotected sex with my husband after that day bleeding occured for 3 to 4 days and my stomach was paining and after few days1 bleeding occured and left side of my belly is paining and again excess bleeding occured I want to know I am pregnant or not
Female | 18
According to the details you’ve given, it’s crucial to think about the possibility of being pregnant. Bleeding or pain following unprotected sex may occur when the fertilized egg attaches itself to the uterus. This is often called implantation bleeding. Experiencing too much pain and bleeding could be a sign of complications, therefore seeking medical help is significant. a gynecologist will carry out tests to confirm whether there is a pregnancy and offer the necessary support.

I have tiny bumps on my labia minors
Female | 26
Tiny bumps on your labia minora can occur due to various reasons. Ingrown hairs from shaving or friction are common culprits. These bumps resemble small pimples, often itchy and painful. Maintaining proper hygiene and wearing loose-fitting clothing may help alleviate the issue. However, if the bumps persist, see a gynecologist.

My partner and I had protected intercourse on August 10, 2024. To be cautious, I took an emergency contraceptive pill within 20 hours. My period came on August 19 as usual. However, on September 8, I noticed a small, watery discharge from my nipples when pressed, but no pain. I’ve been getting my periods regularly with cramps, and today I took an Apollo pregnancy test which showed a single control line. Is this normal? Should I be worried about the nipple discharge, or is everything okay now?and still have little nipples discharge when pressed
Female | 21
It's good you chose an emergency contraceptive pill that helped you to get your period. Nipple discharge, when pressed, is not a common symptom and could be due to hormonal changes, such as prolactin levels. The test showed one line and your periods are regular, so it is less likely to be the case of pregnancy. If nipple discharge continues or you notice other changes, then you should consider seeing a gynecologist for further evaluation.

I am jaismeen age 17 years I am delay in periods last time I had on 8 November and till now I dont have this same had happen me a few months ago like I had on 17 June then I had 4 September and then I had on 8 November and now I dont have periods till now I am always have a delay of upto 45 days but in starting it was just after 15 days and now...I am delayed
Female | 17
You should know that delays are sometimes part of life and they could be not only due to stress but also to hormones, eating, and exercising to which one is subjected. Since you have gone through a period of unregulated lifestyle, the issue can be resolved by making changes in your living habits and considering writing a diary of your menses for follow-up of the cycles. No period monitoring turns out irregular a continuous visit to a gynecologist is recommend. After examining you, they can recommend different insights and of course, prescribe treatment that suits you.

I have sex two days before stop birth control pills a month ago. Then I have withdrawal bleeding after 2 days of stopping pills. Then it continues for 7 days. Then now I missed my period 5 days. I feel cramped around my back and a little around my lower abdomen. I see brown spotting but no blood flow ,I can only see it when I wipe. Am I pregnant? I'm worried
Female | 29
You are having some signs like missed period, brown spots, and cramps. These can mean you are pregnant. But they can also happen when you stop taking birth control pills. Your hormones change then. To know for sure, you can take a pregnancy test at home. Or you can go to a clinic for a better test. Stress can also make your cycle change.!

I m zahra im 24 years old my last lmp was 12/11/24 i did not get my periods i have done upt which was negative
Male | 24
There are quite a few factors that can cause this, the most common of them are stress, hormone imbalances, and variations in weight changes or lifestyle. A negative test indicates your probability of being pregnant is low, but keep in mind that other issues may be at the root of this concern. Monitoring your period can make you feel more sure, and I would suggest you see a gynecologist for more detailed information.

I am a girl of 14 yrs i am having my periods fir 4th time and my periods are of 7days and the flow is heavy
Female | Karamjeet
It's not a big deal if I lose lots of blood or if it lasts up to seven days. But there are times when I feel exhausted and get cramps, that’s because my body is adapting. I need to drink more water, eat enough food, and have some rest. Suppose this bleeding continues, then you should reach an adult whom you trust. They can take you to a gynecologist for further information.

I want to discuss about my pregnancy
Female | 18
Common symptoms can include nausea, fatigue, and mood changes, all of which are normal as your body adjusts. These occur due to hormonal shifts and physical changes. Staying hydrated, eating small, nutritious meals, and resting can help alleviate discomfort. Maintaining regular check-ups with your gynecologist to monitor your health and the baby’s development is essential. If you have specific concerns or experience unusual symptoms, please don't hesitate to contact your doctor.

"Doctor, mujhe kuch pregnancy-related symptoms feel ho rahe hain, jaise breast mein lump ka nikalna aur menstrual cycle mein kuch changes. Maine aaj pregnancy test kiya, lekin result negative aaya hai. Kya ye symptoms kisi aur health issue ki wajah se ho sakte hain? Kya mujhe koi aur tests ya investigations karne ki zarurat hai?"
Female | 27
It’s good that you took a pregnancy test, although if it is negative, these symptoms might occur for some other reason along with pregnancy. Breast lumps and period delays can sometimes only be signs of hormonal changes resulting from infections and cysts. It is a good idea to go to a gynecologist who will do a physical examination and request further tests, such as an ultrasound or blood work, to find out what is happening.

please visit a gynecologist or an infertility specialist who will assess your condition and give the necessary treatment to improve your chances of getting pregnant. PCOS-afflicted women often struggle to get pregnant, yet there are medications that can effectively alleviate the condition and restore fertility. In order to determine the best route, you should consult a doctor.

Iam 22 years old ..i have irregular periods problem since i get matured... I don't even have any other diseases such as thyroid or pcod...i consulted doctors too...they recommend me for "premolut N" medicine...when ever I taking this tablet then only periods are coming every month... otherwise I don't get periods.please recommend me perfect medicine for this..
Female | 22
In my opinion, you should go to see a gynecologist in order to diagnose your problem and to receive a proper treatment. Different causes of irregular periods include stress, weight changes, hormonal imbalances,or underlying diseases. Diagnosis of root cause should be made, before any medicine is given. Hence, I suggest you see a gynecologist who will advise you properly.

Female | 24
Your period being late is an ordinary occurrence! There are times when stress and routine changes disrupt the cycle. If your pregnancy test turns negative without other symptoms, don't fret - it's likely normal. Wait a couple more weeks; if your period still hasn't arrived by then, consulting a gynecologist might be wise.
