The chances are that your period didn't come if you had sex and the pregnancy test on the 20th day was negative. Other than that, there might be other reasons. Stress and hormones or health issues are the major elements affecting your menstrual cycle. Make a note of all the symptoms you feel and take it easy for one week. If your period still has not happened, repeat the pregnancy test or see a gynecologist for more help.

Its not recommended to undergo hair perming or coloring during pregnancy or while breastfeeding as the chemicals used in these treatments can be harmful to the baby. Moreover the safety of metronidazole while breastfeeding is not clear, as the medication can be excreted in breast milk and may cause side effects in the baby.
