Testicle pain related to digestion could be caused by referred pain. In this case, discomfort from the abdomen gets felt in the testicles. Inflammation or nerve irritation in the stomach area can lead to this. To help, focus on improving digestion through nutritious eating. Stay hydrated, and limit spicy or greasy items. Regular physical activity promotes better digestion too. However, if the pain persists or worsens, see a gastroenterologist for a proper examination and treatment plan.

It seems like you are experiencing constipation. Constipation refers to the difficulty in having a bowel movement. It may happen to people who have an insufficient amount of fiber in their diet, drink less water, or are less active. Eat fruits and vegetables, drink a proper amount of water, and take a short walk. If the issue persists, the best step will be to have a conversation with a gastroenterologist who will give you some advice.

When I goes for passing stool everytime a lot of flatulence occurs I don't know why this results in creating my life like hell and also I have to go more than 2 times a day
Male | 18
Constantly feeling bloated and making frequent bathroom trips can be highly frustrating. These annoying issues stem from your diet or certain health conditions. Common culprits include gulping food too quickly, swallowing excess air, consuming gas-forming foods, or suffering from digestive disorders. Slowing down during meals, avoiding carbonated beverages, and staying hydrated might provide relief.

Hello I am Seemab Hussain Male 38 I am Suffering from acidity from last 10 Year I used PPI every day to reduce the acid i am also having the issue of bloating and acid reflux.
Male | 38
Stomach acidity is the main cause of these symptoms: heartburn, and bloating. Everyday acid-inhibiting drugs, which are used as a PPI pill, reduce the secretion of acid. In addition to medication, lifestyle modifications such as avoiding spicy foods, eating smaller meals more frequently, and exercising regularly can help control these symptoms. Also, drink plenty of water and do not lie down too soon after eating. If your symptoms persist, discuss other treatment options with a gastroenterologist.

I am having problems of indigestion several times. And there's always gas in stomach. My routine pooping is also changed. From last 24 hours i am feeling blotting
Female | 20
The bloating, gas, and poop habit disturbances that you set to describe could be caused by diverse reasons such as eating quickly, fatty foods, or pressure. Start by eating less and slower, cutting down on fatty foods, and dealing with stress using relaxation exercises. If the symptoms continue a gastroenterologist might be the best option to make sure that there are no complications.

Can you please tell me if anything on my ultrasound would indicate liver problems or anything else of concern? EXAMINATION: ABD COMP ULTRASOUND CLINICAL HISTORY: Pancreatitis , chronic. Increased pain right upper quadrant. TECHNIQUE: 2D and color Doppler imaging of the abdomen is performed. COMPARISON STUDY: None FINDINGS: The pancreas is obscured by bowel gas. Proximal aorta is also not well seen. Mid to distal aorta is grossly normal in caliber. The IVC is patent at the level of the liver. The liver measures 15.9 cm in length with coarse echotexture and loss of architecture definition consistent with infiltrative change, nonspecific. No focal geographic abnormality identified. Hepatopetal flow in the portal vein noted. The gallbladder is normally distended with no gallstones, gallbladder wall thickening or pericholecystic fluid. Can not exclude a small amount of dependent sludge. The common bile duct measures less than 2 mm in diameter. The right kidney demonstrates normal corticomedullary differentiation. No obstructive uropathy. The right kidney is 10.6 cm in length with normal color flow. Left kidney is 10.5 cm in length with normal corticomedullary differentiation and no evidence of obstruction. The spleen is fairly homogeneous. IMPRESSION: Limited evaluation of the pancreas and proximal aorta due to bowel gas. No obvious free fluid, correlation needed, consider CT with IV contrast if additional assessment warranted. Subtle gallbladder sludge suspected. No acute cholecystitis.
Male | 39
Based on the ultrasound findings, the report mentions some observations, but it also notes limitations due to bowel gas obscuring the pancreas and proximal aorta. No focal abnormalities or gallbladder issues are identified, although a small amount of dependent sludge cannot be completely ruled out. The kidneys and spleen appear normal.Further evaluation and correlation are recommended, such as a CT scan with IV contrast, if needed. No acute cholecystitis or obvious free fluid is noted. Also make sure to consult your doctor for a comprehensive assessment and interpretation of the results.

I am a 30 years old female. It been some few weeks I'm experiencing a crying stomach from time to time even if I have eaten food
Female | 30
There are several possible causes for this, including eating too much or too quickly, or certain foods not reacting well with your stomach. Do you find that it gets worse with particular foods? Try having smaller meals at a slower pace and see if there’s anything that consistently triggers your stomach ache. If the problem persists, it would be wise to consult a gastroenterologist.

Hi, I am a healthy 54 year old male. I have been doing some routine annual lab tests near my home, where they do comprehensive labs for check-up. I have been doing it for several years, and everything is basically normal. However, I just received a lab result, CA 19-9, which is elevated (44), normal is below 34. I actually had this lab test CA 19-9 way back in 7/2022, when the level was 12 (normal). Then I had it in annual testing on 9/2023, and it was 25 (but within normal limits). In the past 6-12 months, I have had normal lactate and amylase levels too. Also, all my other blood test from yesterday were normal, including liver function test (and normal bilirubin), normal CBC, normal CEA level, normal amylase, normal sedimentation rate, normal TSH, normal blood chemistry. Of note, I also had a normal DNA stool test (cologuard) 3 years ago. I also had normal FIT stool test 2 months ago, and also last year (twice it was normal). I have no symptoms and no weight loss, and no signs of jaundice. I am not overweight either, and I do not smoke nor drink alcohol. And no one in my family has had cancer before. As I mentioned, this was incidental, but I would like to know your opinion if this is ominous, and next steps. I have schedule a full body MRI scan for next week too. Thank you.
Male | 54
An increase in the level of CA 199 causes an alarm. You will get the most thorough examination if you consult a specialist. However, because CA 199 levels can be associated with certain gastrointestinal conditions, you may want to make an appointment with a gastroenterologist as well.

Tubular lession illeocec junction means
Male | 29
At the junction between the small and large intestines, abnormal growth can occur, resembling a tube with an issue inside. This can cause stomach pain, changes in bowel movements, and sometimes bleeding. The cause is often inflammation or small growths (polyps). Treatment may involve surgery to remove the growth or medications to relieve symptoms.

Female | 42
The gas issue you describe is quite common. It can occur if you consume excessive spicy or oily foods or experience high stress levels. If medication provides temporary relief, dietary and lifestyle changes are necessary. Increase small meal portions. Avoid spicy and oily dishes. Utilize stress management techniques. Through these adjustments, you can gain control over this digestive concern. If not, visit a gastroenterologist.

hello doctor, i’ve recently came down with a fever and a headache in the past few days that has been resolved now. but i have a new set of symptoms, whenever i am stood up i cannot stop belching/burping. this does not happen when i am lying down, however, my stomach and abdomen rumble a lot when i’m lying down. my only other symptom is constipation
Male | 15
The symptoms you are showing, such as wheezing standing up, a rumble in the stomach while lying down, and constipation, could be a sign of IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). This can be produced by stress, certain meals, or even hormonal shifts. Maintaining a food diary and doing deep breathing exercises may help you relax. It's also important to drink water and consume a diet rich in fiber which will help constipation. If your symptoms persist, do not hesitate to contact a gastroenterologist for further evaluation and guidance. Take care!

I was very young around 2 years old when I was diagnosed with inguinal hernia then when I was 6 and half I had a surgery and after sometime hernia reoccurred since then I am living with inguinal hernia size of testicles is enlarged and my penis is short like that of kid
Male | 18
A condition like inguinal hernia happens when intestine bulges through a weak spot near your tummy. It causes pain, swelling, or a lump by your groin. Surgery fixes it sometimes. But if hernia returns after surgery, discuss treatment options with your doctor. Enlarged testicle and shorter penis might relate to hernia. So, mention these concerns to your healthcare provider for further solutions.

Female | 13
It appears that you may have gastritis. Gastritis leads to nausea and pain in the stomach. Symptoms may involve feeling sick in your stomach or having discomfort in your belly. This can be brought on by spicy or acidic foods, stress or certain drugs. Try eating less food more often, staying away from things that cause problems, and finding ways of managing stress. You must speak with a gastroenterologist who will be able to give you the right diagnosis as well as the treatment plan needed for your recovery process.

Male | 25
A year-long stomach problem might be causing your weight and hair loss. Poor nutrient absorption due to infection or digestive disorder could lead to these symptoms. Consulting a doctor for testing and treatment is crucial. Maintaining a nutritious diet and stress management might also aid recovery. However, you should seek medical attention from a gastroenterologist promptly for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate care.

I was going through fever this week, after taking proper medical treatment fever gone but after that lose motion get started and now they're also gone but now there is heavy weakness.
Male | 31
You've had such a bad time with fever and diarrhea. Both could be the cause of your weakness later. The fever and the diarrhea ached your body thus, making you feel tired. You must hydrate yourself with water and soup. Light and easily digestible meals should be your priority.

My stomach is empty and upset and I'm unable to drink water without feeling nauseous. I've taken pepto bismol and I've been eating bread yet nothing's helping. What do I do?
Female | 21
It seems like you might have gastritis. This occurs when the lining of your stomach becomes inflamed and can result in feelings of queasiness as well as an upset stomach. Consuming bread or using Pepto-Bismol may not help alleviate these symptoms. To keep hydrated, try drinking clear fluids such as broth or ginger tea. Additionally, you should avoid eating spicy foods that could further irritate it since they tend to be acidic too while fatty ones take longer to digest besides causing discomfort hence worsening the situation even more should this happen. For proper treatment seek medical attention if they persist beyond what is expected.

Normal Sgpt levels for adult males are typically below 40 units per liter (U/L). A result of 157 U/L is considered significantly elevated. Visit your doctor either a hepatologist or gastroenterologist for accurate diagnosis and guide you with appropriate advice based on your reports.

I have stomach pain and visit doctor and take medicine but I can't feel better
Female | 23
Different things such as indigestion, gastritis, or infections can cause stomach pains. When you go back to your doctor this time you let the doctor know that what they gave you last time did not work. The doctor might need to run more tests so they can find out what’s happening and give you something that’ll make you feel better.
