Painful swollen foot in 85 y old lady since 20 days after possible eversion injury Treated conservatively with walking air cast but little improvement Your kind opinion
Female | 85
An outward roll of the ankle may cause immediate pain and swelling, so an eversion injury is likely. There could be mild fractures or other problems missed by the initial examination or X-rays. I would advise you to get it checked again, if not much progress has been made in the next 3 weeks even while using an air cast for support.

Pain in my neck like a popping sound burns as if acid was thrown
Female | 16
These signs could be from swelling in your neck joints or muscles. At times stress or bad posture can cause these kinds of discomfort, too. To help yourself feel better, you should try doing light neck stretches, putting hot packs on, and keeping good posture while sitting or standing. There’s no need for alarm yet; if it doesn’t get any better consider visiting an orthopedist.

I am 23year women,I have 1.6y baby. since 1 week I was facing knee pain, some it's gone but again come, Also I see my period not start, it's 1day late
Female | 23
You seem affected by knee discomfort, yet solutions exist if we collaborate. Numerous factors like trauma, excessive strain, or joint inflammation often contribute. Additionally, menstrual delays can influence bodily functions. Applying warmth locally might alleviate symptoms temporarily. However, if the issue continues, go to an orthopedist.

It seems you hurt your knee. Swelling is frequently an indication of inflammation. Rest, elevate and ice should be applied to the affected area. It is essential to consult an orthopedic physician for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

I got little accident by scooty I felt 3 days before.. there is no more scratch... But my toe (leg) is swelled and bood clott got reddish patch and having pain.. please suggest me what to do.
Female | 17
You may be suffering from a blood clot in your leg as a result of the accident. Injury to the leg causes blood to pool and form a clot causing swelling, redness, and pain. This is serious because the clot may break free and travel to other parts of your body. Elevate your leg above your heart, apply ice, and take a break. When the pain persists or becomes severe, go to the nearest hospital immediately.

The injury that you have described might be a muscle strain or a cervical nerve compression. You should consult an orthopedic doctor or a neurologist for proper diagnosis and therapy. If the pain lasts or increases, do not ignore it.

You're suffering from pain deep inside your hip, particularly in the wintertime. Conditions like arthritis or bursitis could cause this. To properly diagnose, you should consult an orthopedist. Soft exercises like stretching and strengthening are effective in relieving hip pain.

Back burning and chubhan
Male | 25
This might be a result of many things like straining your muscles, sleeping in a bad position, or even having problems with the nerves. You may also experience it if you have been sitting or standing for long periods or lifting heavy objects. To relieve this, you can do some gentle stretching exercises, correct your posture, and use warm pads. In case this feeling continues, visit an orthopedist.

Swelling in the hand can be due to an injury, infection, or some medical conditions. If there was no injury but the swelling was still there, it would be better to talk to an orthopedist. Had an MRI and was told "There is mild chondral thinning, joint space narrowing involving the fourth and fifth TMT joints with some subtle subarticular bony oedema both sides of the fourth TMT joint." This is after 5 months of having an injury, I feel a lot of swelling in my extensor digitorium brevis (oedema) in my right foot, but this week I started feeling the same feelings in my left foot, I need some guidance or help please because it's difficult to do physical activity with and it's swelling whenever at rest.
Male | 21
The MRI results closest show some mild desquamation of the joints, which may cause swelling and pain. The swelling in your extensor digitorum brevis muscle could be possibly related to the joint issues. Avoid these movements at first, put ice on them, and try stretches that don't need a lot of force. Besides that, you might notice a difference if you wear supportive shoes.

Iam 31 male.I am facing issue is my upper middle back body is hurting daily from the last 6 months after sleeping or moving my body when lying down i feel like muscle catchy or squeezing Some said this is due to acidity or gas but I don't know what is exactly I'm suffering this daily.when i try to get up it hurts even more
Male | 31
You are describing muscle pain caused by poor posture in the middle of your upper back. There are a lot of possible diseases, such as bad posture, muscle overuse, or muscle surgery. The next common reason may be correlated with acid reflux or heartburn. To relieve your symptoms, try to adjust your sitting position, do gentle stretching exercises, and not eat foods that bother you with acidity. If you are still experiencing pain, visit an orthopedist for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

Got injured sacroillzc jojnt ligaments, suffering from dysfunctiong, rdgarding fusion of si joint
Female | 49
Although sacroiliac joint dysfunction is usually considered to be the source of lower back and/or leg pain, it can be difficult to diagnose. When the normal mobility of the sacroiliac joint, which joins the triangular bone at the bottom of the spine (the sacrum) to the pelvic, is interrupted, it can produce pain.
• More specifically, sacroiliac joint pain can be caused by either too much or too little movement. Because they can feel so similar, leg pain caused by sacroiliac joint dysfunction might be difficult to distinguish from radiating leg pain caused by lumbar disc herniation (sciatica). The most common causes of SI joint dysfunction are excessive or insufficient mobility.
• Excessive movement in the sacroiliac joint (hypermobility or instability) can make the pelvis feel unstable and result in pain.
• Excessive mobility generates pain in the lower back and/or hip that can spread into the groin, whereas lack of movement (hypomobility or fixation) causes muscle tension, discomfort, and a loss in mobility.
Consult an Orthopedist for further investigations and treatment.

My age 22 girl unmarried so me waist There is pain below, above the hips and below the waist. I feel this pain only when I bend and there is no pain in front and back. Why does this happen to me, is it a serious issue and what should I do It doesn't happen much, it's normal, but it definitely happens.
Female | 22
The discomfort may be caused by a strained muscle or a small injury. This can occur when you bend or move in a particular way. It's not typically a serious condition but it can be painful. Rest, use a warm compress, and steer clear of activities that make the pain worse. If the pain lasts or increases, a visit to an orthopedist.

I have pain in the ring finger of my left hand, I also have a lot of pain in my left leg, I also have pain in the nerves of my hips and this pain goes from the back to the neck, goes all over the back, and I also have pain under my left breast and feel very weak in the abdominal area.
Female | 17
You have been suffering from severe pain and discomfort in many parts of your body. The discomfort in your fingers, legs, hips, back, neck, and the area under your breast, besides a loss of strength in your abdominal area, can be nerve problems or an injured muscle. It is paramount for an orthopedist to thoroughly check and give an exact diagnosis to receive the correct treatment for your symptoms.
