Itching all over the body with rashes, dark patches, and pigmentation could be due to several reasons including allergies, skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis, and hormonal imbalances. I see you have used drugs but sometimes it is necessary for one to get a clear understanding for effective treatment. Therefore, I would advise that she gets referred to an expert such as an allergist or dermatologist who will conduct more tests maybe even skin biopsies or blood works so that they can be able to identify the cause exactly. After which they can then give her specific treatments meant for that condition which will help reduce the signs.

I’m having underarm problems, they’re dark and I want laser treatment for it.
Female | 21
Laser treatment for dark underarms typically involves the use of laser technology to target and break down excess pigmentation in the skin. The process is known as laser skin lightening or laser skin rejuvenation. During the procedure, the laser emits light that is absorbed by the melanin in the skin, helping to reduce pigmentation and promote a more even skin tone. Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results. It's crucial to consult with a dermatologist or a qualified skincare professional to assess your specific needs, skin type, and eligibility for the treatment.

Pate and peeth par jhurri type ho gya hai garmi me aisa hota
Male | 26
You may have gotten a heat rash on your forehead and back in the heat. This happens when moisture ducts get clogged and sweat gets trapped under your skin, in effect, red bumps are formed. Avoid hot and humid places, stay cool, dress in loose clothes, and use a cold compress. Keep your skin dry and clean.

I have hyperpigmentation on my skin. I have consulted determotoligst but it's not getting reduced I'm using those creams also in 26 years old
Female | 26
Any hyperpigmentation not responding to creams has to be reviewed. Skin biopsy may be needed to understand the condition and treat accordingly. Sometimes oral medications may also be necessary along with procedural treatments like chemical peels, qsyag laser etc may be needed to get rid of the pigmentation once the diagnosis is established. Understanding the cause and making a proper diagnosis is essential to resolve the hyper pigmentation. For more information please visit dermatologist near you.

The disease is manifested in some areas as red ring-like rashes that can occur on the back and face. To ensure that you get an accurate diagnosis and the right treatment, I suggest you seek help from a dermatologist or a physician who specializes in skin disorders.

Feeling itching on Back of my palm and fingers during midnight between 2 to 5am . Unable to sleep because of that .
Male | 43
This may happen due to many reasons, such as dry skin, eczema or allergies and contact dermatitis. Itch sensations may also be heightened at night due to the natural circadian rhythm of the body. It is advised to apply a hypoallergenic moisturizer before going to bed, which can mitigate symptoms of dry skin. It is possible to manage allergic reactions by identifying potential triggers such as certain soaps or fabrics and avoiding them. If chronic or aggravating, it is so recommended to consult a dermatologist for an in-depth evaluation and tailored treatment options targeting the true cause of nighttime scratch.

On today morning I saw my 2 sides of forehead are black and skin are thin.when I use water it's itching
Male | 25
You might have a skin problem. The darkness on your forehead might stem from too much pigment in the skin while the thinness could result from inflammation or irritation. Feeling itchy when water touches it could mean that it is sensitive or dry. Use a mild lotion and avoid strong products. In case this does not help, see a dermatologist who will examine you further and offer treatment if necessary.

Dandruff is a COMMON scalp condition causing itching and flaking. Hair loss can be caused by GENETICS, stress, or illness. Maintaining good scalp hygiene can help reduce dandruff. Im 19yrs old, getting red stretch marks on my right breasts and they are little itchy and burning! Is it normal? Its only in one of my breasts!
Female | 19
Stretch marks often appear during growth periods like at 19. They're reddish, itchy bands from your expanding skin. Having them on just one side is normal too. Gentle moisturizers may ease the irritation. Drink plenty of fluids.

Actually I switched shampoo so I'm facing alot of hairfall I stopped using that shampoo but still there's no difference please help me with this
Female | 22
Different factors like allergies or harsh ingredients might cause hair loss. Your scalp needs time to recover. For now, switch back to your old shampoo. Use a gentle conditioner too. Natural oils like coconut or almond can nourish hair and scalp. Be gentle when brushing or styling to avoid damage. If hair keeps falling out for weeks, consult a dermatologist.

Hello I am Jawed, I am 32 years old, height is 170cm and weight is 60 KG. I had acne on my face 10 to 11 years ago, at that time I visited a doctor and they prescribed Betamethasone Injection and it was injecting in every acne on my face separately, the effects was so fast because the acne disappeared after two to three hours after injection. This treatment co tinues 2 months, one every week with that doctor, as the effects were temporary for individual acnes on face and as well the effect was fast, after that I became addicted to it and I was injecting this particular injection to my face myself and it goes for maybe more then 6 months and then I stopped it, about 2 to 3 months later after stopping it some side effects apeared to my skin, my skin (different areas such as face-lips, eyes, hands-shoulders, legs-tighs, neck, under arms, even the private parts) become puffy, itchy, red when I wake up from sleep, and ut continues for 3 to 4 hours and then disappears, this problem is from more then 9 years sometimes it disappears for months and sometimes it comes back, whenever I take anti-allergic tablets such as cetrizine it is all ok and when I stop taking it, it appears again, simetimes the effects are so strong mean specially when it take my eysles the puffy eyes are so heavy and it become normal after 24 to 36 hours. I didn't notice any particular thing that I am allergic to that in these 9 years. I will be very greatful if your advice helps me from this bad situation. King Regards
Male | 32
Dealing with skin issues can be tough. The puffy, itchy, red skin you mentioned might be contact dermatitis. This happens when your skin is irritated by something it touches. For you, it seems the long-term Betamethasone Injection use could have triggered it. To manage it, avoid triggers - certain products or fabrics that bother your skin. Moisturize daily and use a gentle face wash. If needed, over-the-counter antihistamines may ease symptoms. Visit a dermatologist if the problems persist.

You could be facing excessive hair thinning and loss due to several reasons like stress, poor diet, or hormonal changes. Schedule an appointment with a dermatologist to diagnose the problem. However, focus on a rich supply of vitamins and minerals, as well as avoiding harsh chemicals on the hair after consulting a dermatologist.

My finger got black swallowed skin.it won't pain won't itch.but If I remove it it comes again on same place.what is solution?
Male | 40
You have a condition called a subungual hematoma. Small blood vessels under the nail break. This causes the skin to turn black. Trauma, even minor, often causes this. It is usually harmless and resolves by itself. But if it bothers you, a dermatologist can drain the blood. Don't pick at it to avoid infections. Keep the area clean.

My son is 4.5 years and is having skin rashes since 1 year, in his knee, back, lower stomach and underarms. We have consulted skin specialist and applied futibact, tacroz and neoaporin ointments, but once we stop futibact the rashes return after a week and increase
Male | 4
The boy seems to have atopic dermatitis also called as atopic eczema. The care is utmost important in his case as the skin is dry and prone to rashes as well as infection. steps should be taken to keep his skin moist at all times. Start by oiling him before bath, use mild cleansers, and apply moisturizers immediately after bath so as to retain water and seal it inside his skin. The flutibact is for immediate reduction of rashes. Start using tacrolimus cream once a week to prevent further rashes. The flutibact is a steroid and antibiotic combination cream, and therefore has to be used judiciously. Please meet a pediatric dermatologist for more information regarding this problem

I am 38 I have a smooth but raised lump/lesion on inside of my finger (hurts with pressure) It is round circular shape and fleshcoloured/ see through with a few speckles inside & & slightly redaround edges I have never had lumps/warts on my hand before Used colloidal silver gel But not changing I was possibly skin ro to contact with a person who had stds in the past but its turned up months after.
Female | 38
A wart is growing on your finger. Warts are produced by a virus that can be transmitted from person to person. They can be uncomfortable and have a skin-like look. Although colloidal silver gel might be helpful, it may not be sufficient for complete healing. I suggest consulting a dermatologist who will prescribe you the appropriate treatment. The removal of warts can be done by different methods such as freezing or applying special creams.
