If you are getting the feeling of your mind becoming cloudy and urinating frequently, with your hands feeling cold and having dubious thoughts, it's natural to be a health care provider. These symptoms could be a result of different things, including sleep disorders or even hormonal imbalances. Trying remedies and talking to a medical practitioner will be very helpful in clarifying what is happening, you could be directed to a specialist.

Doctor sahb mujhe Ahtlaam ho jata hai
Male | 28
Very well, Ahtlaam which is also sometimes called nocturnal emissions is defined as the ejaculation that one might experience in sleep. In fact, it is a very common thing during puberty. Signs and symptoms of it are feelings of self-consciousness and apprehension (but it is a normal body process). The causes of it could be associated with hormonal changes and sexual dreams. The best way to sort it out is by exercising regularly and eating a balanced diet.

Actually my father had a mini stroke last week. After that we visited doctor they did ct scan and ecg tests. Everything was normal but the ct scan report said that in the left side of brain its little bit injured due to high blood pressure. Now, from 5-6 days he is unable to do any work with his right hand, rest everything is ok. And also he forgot his atm pin, where he kept documents and all.
Male | 47
It sounds like he might have experienced a small stroke (mini-stroke or TIA). It's good that the CT scan and ECG were normal, but the injury on the left side of the brain could be causing the weakness in his right hand and memory issues. I would advise you to consult a neurologist for further evaluation and management.

Sir, I have headache like tight band with nausea, stress, tension. Sir,Please give me some medicines for relief.
Male | 17
I see that you have a tight band headache around your head and feel like vomiting because of anxiety and stress as well. These signs might mean that you have a tension-type headache; typically caused by bad posture at work or eyestrain from looking at computer screens all day long. You could take some painkillers such as paracetamol or ibuprofen to help relieve the pain in your head. Moreover try and calm down by breathing deeply plus drink lots of water. If this feeling doesn’t go away please go see a doctor so they can check it out.

I survived Wernicke Korsakoff with minimal damage. Is it true that I only have 8 years to live?
Female | 53
It's great to hear that you got through Wernicke-Korsakoff with minimal issues. Don't worry; you're not limited to just 8 years. Wernicke-Korsakoff affects memory and brain function, causing symptoms like confusion, vision problems, and walking difficulties, usually due to a Vitamin B1 deficiency. Treatment includes B1 supplements and a nutritious diet. With proper care, you can live a long, healthy life.

My vitamin b12 levels are near about 200 ng/ml from 10 years although I am non vegetarian.currently i am on ssri from 1 year for anxiety and depression.now iam feeling muscle pain legs, numbness in fingers of hand sometimes very rare. It is due to anxiety issues or b/12 .
Male | 39
Insufficient vitamin B12 amounts can lead to muscle aches and numbness which will be considerably suffered in fingers and legs. If your symptoms are related to low B12 levels, it may still be the case that your meat-eating habits do not have any effect. The best way to handle this with your doctor is to ask them to check your B12 levels and determine whether you need treatment or supplements.

When I woke up this morning, I couldn't get out bed. I felt dizziness and total blackouts afterwards. I still lying down. What should I do and what might be the cause of this?
Male | 25
You might be going through orthostatic hypotension. This is a long word that means your blood pressure is too low when you try to stand up. This may lead to you feeling lightheaded and dizzy, and eventually, you might even pass out. To help, try moving stairs at least when you get out of bed, and keep hydrated. If the pain continues, visit a neurologist for a thorough check-up and guidance.

Female | 60
Chiari malformation syndrome occurs when the lower region of the brain known as the cerebellum gets compressed through the skull hole that permits the spinal cord to pass. It can lead to symptoms such as headaches, neck pain, dizziness, or walking problems. Treatment can be routine medications for the symptoms and sometimes surgery to relieve the pressure on the brain. Discuss your symptoms with your neurologist.

I’m 25 year old men, I have fever & feeling something is stuck in my front neck plus I have finger numbness and chest stiffness
Male | 25
The rise in temperature with the sensation that something is lodged in your throat may be an infection or an inflamed area within it. On the other hand, having your fingers get numb while experiencing tightness around the chest could also imply bad blood flow or nerve-related issues. You must take a break, drink a lot of water, and see a doctor so you can receive proper medication.

I am a neuro patient,I am suffering from brain tumour,I have undergone radiosurgery proton beam therapy, But now I feel mentally very week,I am a service holder but I am not able to take work pressure So I want to know is there any solution of these problem
Female | 46
You find yourself to be mentally down as a result of the treatment, which was proton beam therapy for your brain tumor. This is a natural outcome because the treatment hurts the healthy brain tissue. Some usual symptoms are fatigue, memory problems, and a problem concentrating. Make sure you rest, eat the right foods, and keep in contact with your healthcare team. Alongside counseling, look into this support program for a solution.

I am 58 years old, I suffer mnd, how to cure it?
Male | 58
MND is short for motor neuron disease. A few standard symptoms of this disease are muscle weakness, twitching, and trouble walking. What happens is that the nerve cells controlling movement gradually die off, causing MND. Unfortunately, there is currently no cure for it. Though, treatments exist that can help to manage symptoms and improve your quality of life. For example, physical therapy may be used alongside drugs to enhance mobility and comfort levels. You must collaborate closely with a neurologist so that they can figure out the most suitable treatment plan for you.

I been dealing with head jerking, eye blinking, hand movements, and sounds for a year now. I currently have no insurance but I'm working on getting some. How can I go about this?
Female | 26
You might be showing signs of Tourette syndrome. Discharge syndrome causes you to move suddenly and sound the same repeatedly without your consent. The brain has a medical malfunction known as a neurological disorder. For this, you must make an appointment with a neurologist, the moment your insurance starts, because it is something you should treat as soon as possible. Possible ways of treatment include psychotherapy or medications.
