Why do my knuckles have inflammation and itchy insect bite?
There is inflammation on my knuckles, with one on my right hand and another on my left hand. I am experiencing pain when touching the affected areas. Despite a month passing, the swelling has not improved. Furthermore, I have an insect bite on one hand that is excessively itchy, red, and painful to touch. The bite is of a significant age.

been diagnosed with scabies and applies permethrin cream on the 3rd of april. after research i can see improvements are not quick to see but i am seeing a much larger increase of rashes on different parts of my body that weren’t there and the existing ones, like my left hand, looks like the rashes have developed bumps and look more prominent. is this a normal reaction to the cream and should i be worried that it has made it worse? should i try ignore it until my second treatment?
