Why do I have recurring vaginal itching and inflammation?

I have been facing vaginal itching and inflammation over the past two years. Also on my inner thighs. It comes and goes. As you mentioned i also suspected yeast infection. And i ve been using candida b ointment for over an year now. And still there's no change. It comes and goes all the time. My eyelids also started getting irritated , without any itching. And the infection has not spreaded to anywhere over the past two year. Is there any medication i must try ? Or should i consider any pap smear ?

Vaginal itching and redness could be induced due to several things like yeast infections. If the candid B ointment hasn't done the work, consider other possibilities too. As the infection has not expanded, I diagnose it as a local problem. Make an appointment with a dermatologist for health assessment and treatment suggestions.

I am 29 year old female. I am sexually active and do like whip play. Recently, my partner was whipping my breasts with his belt and swelling and bruising happened. It has gone down, however on my right breast a hard lump has appeared under my skin. Is this something to worry about or just a large bruise?

Female | 29

Swelling and bruising are common for rough activities. A lump may form after injuring the breast. These bumps are caused by blood collecting under the skin. You should monitor it closely. If it persists or causes any pain, seek medical attention immediately.

I'm 22 years old and I'm suffering from fungal infection around my private area from around last one year. Please help me what to do...

Male | 22

You have a fungal infection in your private area. Sometimes it can be due to sweat, tight clothing, or not drying properly after a shower. The main symptom is the itch and the redness. This can be treated with antifungal cream. Keep the area clean and dry. Loose-fitting cotton underwear and not scratching the area will make it better.

I am 21 years old and I have severe dandruff and itchy scalp . I used many anti dandruff shampoos but no use.

Male | 21

A common cause of dandruff is yeast which lives on everybody’s skin. Sometimes, if you’re using certain shampoos and they’re not working it’s possibly because your scalp needs something else. Try shampoo with an ingredient such as ketoconazole or salicylic acid in it and be sure to massage this into your head. Doing so should help decrease both the amount of flakes produced by the dandruff and also provide relief from irritation caused by dryness.

Can i get hpv from sharing clothes , towels or my personal items or objects from someone who has genital warts ?

Male | 32

Genital warts are caused by a virus known as HPV. It is impossible to be infected with HPV through the sharing of clothes, towels, or objects of personal hygiene. The most common way for HPV to spread is through skin-to-skin contact, usually during sexual activity. The general symptoms of genital warts are the presence of small, flesh-colored bumps in the genital area. In case you happen to be concerned about HPV then the best thing to do is to talk to a healthcare provider about preventing and treating it.

My mother has developed red patches on skin all over her body. Initially it occurs as a small red patch and then it widens and spreads . These red patches have occurred on her neck, breast, tummy, legs, head, back, elbow , everywhere. She has also developed cuts on her finger. It itches and burns very much. What is the diagnosis of this skin disease?

Female | 55

Your description of the symptoms leads me to believe that your mother has a skin condition called eczema. Eczema is characterized by the appearance of red, itchy patches on the skin. It can be caused or aggravated by certain substances or environmental factors. To alleviate the symptoms, it is necessary to maintain the skin's hydration and avoid irritants. Using mild soaps and wearing comfortable, breathable clothes can also be helpful.

how to cure my body odor. l have tried everything and nothing seems to work. such as different soaps, exfoliating gloves, apple vinegar vinegar

Female | 15

Bacteria on the skin mix with sweat, causing odor. Certain foods can worsen body odor. Using aluminum deodorant helps reduce sweating. Shower daily and wear breathable fabrics. Stay hydrated and maintain a healthy diet. Body odor isn't a complex issue—keeping clean is key. However, since bacteria are always present, it's important to combat odor daily.

Can I use soframycin ointment on my nose piercing

Female | 17

Nose piercings sometimes get infected. Redness, swelling, pus appear when germs enter. Soframycin ointment doesn't treat piercing infections. Saline solution (saltwater) gently cleans the area. Rinse piercing multiple times daily. If symptoms persist beyond several days, consult a doctor. Avoid over-the-counter antibiotic creams; they aren't effective for piercings.
