When lying in bed, urine slips out unexpectedly. It might happen because the muscles holding urine aren't strong or it could be an infection needing medicine. Sometimes pills we take daily cause this issue. Try squeezing those pelvic muscles often. Avoid too many late-night coffees or drinks. And keep a healthy weight. But if this continues happening, make an appointment with a urologist.

Good day, I am 44 yrs healthy male having reoccurring UTI since last 1 year.(8 times) First two infections the URine test showed positive infections but rest of them were negative. Doctor referred me for endoscopy where all results showed no abnormalities and I was prescribed APO-Tamsuloain 400 MCG. PSA test came normal and Ultra sound and blood test all came normal. Now yesterday again I had symptoms of UTI and I have been prescribed amoxicillin 500mg for 5 days and it has given me temporary relief. I go to the gym daily and have mild hypertension where I take reaptan 50mg daily. Please assist

Start doing brisk walk or running or cardio exercises for at least 1 hour a day.
Start taking hot milk twice a day also two to three dates in the morning and in the night with milk.
Do all the above suggested treatment for 3 months and see the results.
If you don't get satisfactory results then please go to your family doctor or a good sexologist.
