You may be suffering from a condition referred to as gallbladder disease. This situation may arise if your gall bladder has some malfunction. Weakness, weight loss, constipation, body pain, headache, gas, and pain in the upper right side of your stomach are among the symptoms. You must visit a gastroenterologist who can provide treatment alternatives such as medication or an operation to recover your health.

Bad stomach bloating and intestine pain, medication not working.
Male | 42
The information you've given suggests you're having a case of bloating and pain in the intestines that your medication cannot fix. One of the causes of bloating and intestinal pain may be rushing the eating process, food intolerances, or digestive problems. Small your meals gradually to allow the digestive system to adapt, cut out the foods that bloat you, and drink enough water to relieve your symptoms. If the pain is still present, visiting a gastroenterologist can be necessary to see other reasons that might be the cause.

I have irritable bowel syndrome. I takes Colospa 135 mg tablet , but no relief.
Male | 17
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a medical condition that can bring various symptoms including bellyache, bloating, and changes in bowel movements. Colospa 135 mg relaxes the muscles in the gut to alleviate spasms concentrated in the digestive system. If the primary cause does not provide quick and effective relief, the condition may have other triggers like stress, diet, or other health problems. You can ask your gastroenterologist about the treatment that can work even better for you.

It may signal bleeding in the stomach or intestines. The change in color could be caused by something you ate or a more serious problem. If you also have symptoms such as stomach pain, fatigue, or weight loss, you should see a gastroenterologist as soon as possible. Hi doc i have been recebtly diagnosed for having gallstones but now im itching uncontrollably and i have dark urine is that of concern?
Female | 26
Feeling an intense itch and noticing dark-colored urine raises red flags if you have gallstones. The dark urine likely stems from bile flow blockage in the liver. Meanwhile, the persistent itching sensation may result from bile salts seeping into your skin. These distressing symptoms could signal underlying issues with your liver or bile ducts. It's crucial to promptly seek medical attention from a gastroenterologist.

Had an accident 2.5 months back. Had an injury to head and have recovered from it but since days felling heavyness near heart area, stomach looks full and hard and sometimes even have pain in left hand. Done with 2deco and egs it's normal. So I think it's related to stomach acid or something else. So please guide me.
Male | 40
Your recent symptoms—heaviness around the chest, a hard feeling in the abdomen, and discomfort in your left arm—might suggest digestion or muscle tension issues. Stress or changes in diet could also contribute. While your tests show normal results, it's crucial to monitor these symptoms closely. I recommend keeping a food diary to identify triggers and trying gentle activities like walking to relieve stress. However, it's always best to consult a gastroenterologist to rule out any serious concerns and receive tailored advice for your situation.

I'm 30 years old whenever i eat shawarma o have to poo before 2 hours and this have been happening constituency don't know what to do
Male | 30
This could be the reason for the spices, oils, or a particular kind of meat you are consuming that is causing digestive problems. Keeping a food diary to learn patterns and observe if other foods also cause this kind of reaction is vital. Increasing the daily water intake and eating less food should help in minimizing discomfort. Nevertheless, recurring problems necessitate contacting a gastroenterologist who can give a complete evaluation and the most relevant advice concerning the problem.

Male | 18
Stress, certain foods, hormones – they all might trigger IBS flare-ups. But there are things you can try. Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fiber and water. Practice relaxation methods like deep breathing exercises. If it doesn't improve, see a gastroenterologist. They can properly evaluate your condition and recommend treatment options.

Hi I have a very silly question. I had a gastroscopy without sedation. Is it safe to have 1 glass of wine with a friend ? The numbing throat spray has worn off.
Female | 46
After a gastroscopy, do not take too much force on your body. The glass of wine can hurt your throat because the numbing spray has already worn off. You might feel some mild discomfort or have a little acidity. It's better to wait one or two days before relishing that wine.

I suffered from jaundice from last year mid July. I am diagnosed with intrahepatic cholestasis . But doctors couldn't confirm cause of jaundice. But they treated me with UDCA tablet . I'm cured as per LFT and other tests result. Its been 20 days. I had severe itching all over my body that time . But now its completely gone . My birthday is coming in a week. I would love to eat nonveg especially chicken... could you please suggest whether i can EAT chicken or not ?.
Female | 25
Since your liver function tests have normalized, it's likely safe to enjoy chicken and other non-veg foods. These can be a good source of protein. However, make sure to avoid overly fatty or spicy preparations that might be harder on your digestive system. For peace of mind, it's a good idea to check with your gastroenterologist before making any significant dietary changes.

I am having bubbly pee and itching in whole body since a long time. I also have piles
Female | 45
You could be having a urinary tract infection as a result of a bubbly pee effect and an allergic reaction where your body is itching all over. The piles too might be a reason for some pain. Drinking plenty of water to water down the infection then using creams for anti-itch to your skin. To relieve the piles, try including fiber in your diet, and do not cut the effort when you go to the bathroom. If the symptoms are persistent or worsen, you should visit a gastroenterologist.

I've been having this severe pain on the right side of my stomach it's very painful it comes and goes but I feel nauseous and vomit because of it please is it appendix?
Female | 22
It's important to understand that severe pain on the right side of your abdomen, accompanied by nausea and vomiting, can arise from various conditions, including appendicitis, gastritis, or gallbladder issues. While appendicitis is a possibility, other causes should also be considered. I recommend monitoring your symptoms closely and seeking professional medical advice. A gastroenterologist can perform necessary examinations and tests to determine the exact cause and recommend appropriate treatment.

I am 22 year old.I am having a pain in my stomach and in the left side of chest. My heartbeat is so fast.i don't know what is this. Is this high BP or because of stomach. I already use omeprazole for a week.what should I do now.its been from a month.
Female | 22
Tachycardia is a concurrent symptom of pain, but it is unquestionably basic to diagnose your overall health. Considering that you have been taking omeprazole for a long time, therefore, the antacid might not be the appropriate drug to help you get rid of your feeling of discomfort. I strongly suggest booking an appointment with a gastroenterologist for a comprehensive checkup. There, they can do the necessary tests to determine the root problem and then propose the right treatment.

Im a syphillis pateint and i want to remove my gallbladder stone. Is that surgery is safe for me
Female | 39
Syphilis is a sexual illness that spreads through contact. It causes sores, and rashes if untreated. Antibiotics cure it though. Gallbladder stones develop in that organ, causing pain. Surgery removes the stones safely, easing your troubles. But mention syphilis treatment before the surgery. That way, both issues get handled properly.
