I had eaten an entire pack of JIM-JAM biscuits the previous night and had slept up-side-down (on my belly) for the entire night. Hi. It’s regarding my younger sister she’s 4. After Eid, she stopped eating and lost weight a bit. But she’s been eating well again for the last 2 weeks so her appetite is back to normal. She had an ear infection and flu right before she lost her appetite but her appetite loss happened after finishing the antibiotics. However, over the past months she always says ‘my leg hurts’ and she says it’s her ankle. It doesn’t make her cry or anything and it doesn’t stop her playing like a wild animal ???? but today she has blood in her poo and on tissue when wiping it was bright red blood it’s happened before when she was constipated she didn’t drink much water yesterday and my other sister also got the norovirus so it could be that- her poo was watery. I (Age 22, male) eat junk food(a sandwich or a roll) every Wednesday. I also eat puri sagu (south indian food - about 7 in quantity) every Sunday. It is not exactly junk food. Is this a bad habit? Should I reduce it? Or is it not a problem?

I am 18 year old female. Every morning while pooping I get a normal (not solid) bowel followed by loose stools like diarrhea , every morning after waking up I feel a huge urge to poop and then within 10 minutes a lot of poop comes out of my body and its normal one (although it is not solids) it seems like i am done but then very loose stool starts coming in very small amounts for which I have to strain and I end up with 50 minutes in toilet but that loose stool never gets out completely , its been more than an year now.
