Why do I have anal swelling and pain?
Hello I am 26 year old male, I recently switched from wheat to barley chapatis and got tight stools due to which near my anus there is a minute swelling and it pains a little when I press it also a bit sizzling is there. Kindly advise some medications and lifestyle changes

Initially I was facing gas issues with my stomach for quite a few years now especially during the evening time. From almost last 2 years, started to have issues with my chest bloating after eating or drinking and just below the chest in the middle lots of irritation after eating as it feels heavy.
