Answered on 15th Jan '25
Severe discomfort in your abdomen could indicate a gallbladder issue, often caused by hardened deposits called gallstones. Symptoms may include intense pain in the upper right abdomen, nausea, or digestive problems after eating fatty foods. It's essential to remain calm; many individuals manage this condition successfully. Treatment options range from dietary adjustments to medication or, in some cases, surgical intervention. I encourage you to schedule an appointment with your gastroenterologist to discuss your symptoms and explore personalized care options. Early attention can lead to effective management and relief.

Hi I'm having constipation since yesterday evening today I had two dulcolax tablet little stool only passed I feel so uncomfortable right now can prescribe some medications for instant relief for my problem.
Male | Rohit raina
The discomfort from taking too many Dulcolax tablets can be distressing. Have you tried drinking additional water and consuming more fiber-rich foods such as fruits and vegetables? Also, mild exercise can assist in moving things around in your tummy. Your body needs to be given time to sort things out on its own. If the issue persists then it is advisable to visit a gastroenterologist.

The health pill you took made your stomach upset resulting in a lot of gas and food not going down. It may be a side effect of the pill. The best thing to do right now is to discontinue using it and concentrate on mild, easily digestible foods such as crackers, rice, or bananas. Make sure you take a lot of water to keep yourself hydrated. If the condition persists or worsens, seek medical advice from a gastroenterologist.

I am having severe pain in my lower left and my lower right abdomen and it’s moving to my lower back
Male | 20
You may have some issues with your kidneys or your urinary system. The pain in your lower abdomen and back might indicate a kidney infection or kidney stones which are the probable causes. Other symptoms to watch for are a frequent need to pee, burning when you go, or cloudy urine. It is unlikely to go away by itself and you should drink a lot of water and visit a gastroenterologist as soon as possible to make sure it is checked.

Female | 18
Vomiting blood, especially at night or in the morning, can indicate various issues, including potential gastrointestinal problems. While stress and anxiety can contribute to nausea, it’s crucial to rule out more serious conditions. I recommend maintaining a balanced diet, staying hydrated, and finding effective ways to manage stress, such as mindfulness or relaxation techniques. However, please consult a gastroenterologist for a thorough examination and appropriate tests. They can provide accurate guidance based on your specific situation and ensure your well-being.

Male | 23
Testicle pain related to digestion could be caused by referred pain. In this case, discomfort from the abdomen gets felt in the testicles. Inflammation or nerve irritation in the stomach area can lead to this. To help, focus on improving digestion through nutritious eating. Stay hydrated, and limit spicy or greasy items. Regular physical activity promotes better digestion too. However, if the pain persists or worsens, see a gastroenterologist for a proper examination and treatment plan.

Bleeding from anus No lumps Not sore Stomach is fine
Female | 30
Presence of blood in your stool but without the presence of lumps or pain can be a result of a condition called hemorrhoids. These are swollen blood vessels inside your rectum that may bleed when you have bowel movements. A much less common cause could also result from anal fissure or an infection. Diet should be fiber-based and patients should always have their bottom cleaned. If it is a matter of persisting hemorrhoids, then you must urgently see a gastroenterologist for proper advice.
