I was not diagnosed with PCOS but doctor told,i might be in earlier stages seeing the irregular period cycle He prescribed 1) norethistrone 10 mg(20 tablet,once a day 2) mefenamic acid 250 mg and tranexamic acid 500 mg (10 tablets, 2 tablets a day I skipped a few dose and had periods on November 20 early morning Then I started medicine on 21 on November again from where I left . But left again on 24 November. (Because at night i was not having periods due to effect of medicine but had heavy bleeding at daytime). Till now I'm on periods and I'm bleeding heavily since 20 November
