A dermatologist would have a better understanding of your skin type and any possible aggregators which are known to create problems for your skin, just knowing that your skin is sensitive doesn't help us in arriving at any conclusion. But we can inform you of options available with regards to skin whitening treatments and they are as follows:
Chemical peel (Rs. 1,800-5,500): in this treatment a solution composed of alpha-hydroxy acid will be applied to your skin, which will exfoliate the damaged upper layers of your skin and tackle melanin content, to expose healthy tissue beneath, this solution concentrate can be light, medium or deep, and will also effectively work against blemishes, dark spots and uneven skin tone.
Laser (Rs. 4,000-30,000): This procedure will minimize melanin content using an intense light ray. Allowing your skin to look healthier and brighter than before, it will also help in overcome tanning and dark spots.
Injections (Rs. 6,000-40,000): they can detoxify the body, save the skin from harmful UV rays and enhance your overall skin tone. But they will also contain a dosage of glutathione which can be unsafe and have severe side effects as well.
Skin lightening products (Rs. 200-20,000): This option will provide you with a wide range of creams having bleaching properties. These would be good for instant gratification but may not deliver skin deep results.
You may have to approach a highly experienced dermatologist to avail above mentioned treatments, they will conduct a check on your medical history and prepare your body before treatment, along with educating you about and treating any possible risk which you could run into post any of these treatments, you may refer from our list of dermatologists in India to get in touch with experts and obtain more information.

I found a bump on the side of my left breast. When I looked it was an open sore. This is not the first one to appear - but this one is worse, as it is sore to touch. I am planning on seeing a doctor this week. But what do I do?

Female | 19

Bumps and open sores can be caused by various conditions, from skin infections and cysts to breast cancer. I'm glad you have a doctor's appointment this week. In the meantime, keep the area clean and dry, avoid squeezing or picking at it, and wear loose-fitting clothes. Early detection and treatment save lives, so don’t miss your appointment.

How to remove blade cut mark

Male | 20

To avoid blade cut marks, a new wound should be kept clean and properly covered to minimize scars. When healed, apply scar treatment cream or silicon gel sheets regularly to reduce the appearance of scars. Do not expose the scar to sunlight because the UV rays darken it. For more severe or prominent scars it is necessary to refer them to the dermatologist for professional treatments such as laser therapy and microdermabrasion. For the situations with deep scarring, sometimes a cosmetic revisional surgery might be an option but it is always best to seek advice from a dermatologist on individual basis.

Am I balding or not? Please help

Male | 16

It is hard to diagnose your balding without a professional examination. If you are worried about hair loss, you should visit a dermatologist who is a specialist in hairs loss problems. They can analyze your condition and give you optimal care.
