Why am I having sleeping difficulties, headaches, and nausea?

Hello Good morning, I am 24 years old and I have been having difficulty sleeping, constant headaches and feeling nauseous every morning. I took alcohol on an empty stomach 3 days todays and I started having bad lower abdominal pains. I was vomiting and bleeding at the same time. Please I need assistance. Thank you

Your symptoms, including insomnia, headaches, dizziness, and stomach cramps, indicate a possible stomach problem, especially if you drank alcohol on an empty stomach. The fact that you are throwing up and bleeding at the same time is a very serious issue, and you should see a gastroenterologist immediately. I advise you to seek professional support to be fully evaluated and get the best care and treatment available. In the meantime, make sure that you are properly hydrated, omit any irritants that you can, and give yourself as much rest as possible.

Some individuals feel uncomfortable drinking cool liquids. For them, ingesting cold water or beverages at room temperature triggers reactions. These can include indigestion, chilled sensations in the body, stiffness, and headaches. Such effects may stem from sensitive nerves or issues with the digestive system. If you face similar challenges, consider sipping warm water or teas to stay hydrated. Simultaneously, maintain a balanced diet to ensure adequate fluid and nutrient intake.

Sir mere bete ko kala latrin horaha hai.kuch bhi khane per dard horaha hai. Endoscopy report me esophagus ke GE junction me 39 cm ka tumor bata raha hai. Please help kare.

Male | 20

If there are pains after eating and the stools are blackish, it could be a sign of some serious problem that is taking place inside the body. The 39 cm tumor at the junction of the esophagus and the stomach is the cause of this problem. These types of tumors can be malignant, hence, the person may face trouble swallowing as well as experience weight loss. The options of surgery or other methods such as chemotherapy or radiotherapy might be necessary to eliminate the tumor.

You have the symptoms of acidity and chest burning sometimes, as well as a cough. These signs are possible indicators of acid reflux. Eating a lot of spicy or oily food may cause this. You can start to avoid such foods and eat smaller meals more frequently. Drinking lots of water can also be beneficial. Vitamin supplements may not help this directly, but eating a balanced diet can enhance your general health.

I have painful defecations for months now, and want to know if any serious issue can be seen on a CT scan abdominal

Male | 48

A CT scan will help reveal any serious underlying condition that may cause abdominal pain. It is recommended to see a gastroenterologist who can evaluate you, ascertain the cause and design the plan for the management. Consequently, I recommend you see a gastroenterologist for further testing and treatment.
