Why do I have severe lower abdominal pain with diarrhea and UTI symptoms?
Hi I'm 21 years old female ,I have severe pain in my lower abdomen for whole week now it's start when my period ended 2days after,every morning I'm in severe pain that last 30 minutes to 3hours and then stop and every other day it's hurt the same ,while my abdomen is hurting so much I have diarrhea too I have urge to Po*p,sometimes there's coming out when I go toilet,I have UTI too so I don't know what to do,going to hospital is hard for me because I'm scared going to a doctor hope you can help me

I have had blood and mucus in my stools for over a month now. Sometimes more blood is present than others.
