Answered on 25th Mar '25
Experiencing discomfort in the posterior part of your head while focusing on academic tasks can stem from various factors. Common causes include tension headaches, stress, or prolonged screen time, all of which can lead to muscle strain. To alleviate symptoms, consider taking regular breaks, practicing relaxation techniques, and ensuring proper posture during study sessions. Staying hydrated and managing stress through light exercise may also help. If the pain persists or worsens, it's wise to consult with a neurologist for a thorough evaluation and tailored advice.

Brahmi capsules are often used for potential memory enhancement, but their effectiveness varies. Before trying them, consult a doctor due to differences in dosage and individual response. Generally, a 300-450 mg dose in divided amounts is common. Start well in advance of exams. Remember, supplements should complement good study habits, sleep, and a healthy diet. You might experience some side effects from your old head injury. Back-of-head aches and talking troubles could relate to it. The heartburn may differ yet matter too. Many causes bring headaches, like injuries in the head area. Speaking difficulty could link to brain functions. Heartburn could connect to stomach matters. Female | 28
You feel uneasy because of the MRI report that shows a spot in your brain. It may have been caused by a past injury. Encephalomalacia is the condition when brain tissue is damaged and can be of various types such as headaches or memory problems. The good news is that your brain's electrical activity seems okay. You only have to do two things: first of all, watch out for any new symptoms that may come up and report them to your neurologist.

Why I am having a headache and nousea
Female | 19
When head throbs and the stomach churns, it often has simple causes. Perhaps not enough water passed your lips. Or maybe a meal you ate stirred unpleasant reactions. Anxieties also bring those unpleasant companions knocking. Drink deeply from the well, and eat gently. But if discomforts persist, visit a neurologist.

I get these severe headaches that's starts from my eyes Before the actual headache starts my eyes gets like the rippling water effect that starts from the outer of the eyeball As theat progresses I get this severe headache on either side of my brain towards the centre where it feels like a stabbing pain. Sometimes my ears start painingand the headache lasts for 3-5 hours where I have to stop what I'm doing and lay down and take a pain tablet and sleep. Even while my eyes are closed I see the rippling water. Sometimes I get it 2-3 times in a day and I'm totally drained out. Even when the headaches stop the brain still pains for days...a simple cough and my brain pains. I also get very hot and perspire. Sometimes my face feels numbs and I feel almost lifeless and don't want to talk or move that's how severe the pain is. What is this?
Female | 51
Your migraine headache disorder could be a possible cause. You may experience severe pain on one side of your head and even have visual disturbances, like a "rippling water" effect, before the headache starts. Sensitivity to light and sound, along with numbness or weakness, can also happen during a migraine attack. The key is to identify and avoid potential triggers such as stress, lack of sleep, and certain foods. Keeping a headache journal can help you spot patterns. You can also try relaxation techniques, maintain regular sleep routines, and take prescribed medications to prevent or treat migraines. It's important to seek medical advice from a neurologist for a personalized treatment plan.

Male | 60
Dizziness or imbalance when one is walking may be due to different causes such as blood sugar changes, high blood pressure, or even reactions to the drugs you take. It is crucial to keep track of your blood glucose, especially since you are a diabetic. I suggest you have some of these tests done: blood pressure monitoring, glucose levels, and possibly a neurological assessment to exclude some of the more serious concerns. This could include the manipulation of your medication regime, and nutritional care that is in line with the recommendations or exercises. Please ask a neurologist for a personalized approach that will help you to achieve an appropriate treatment and necessary support.

Your head hurts and your back too. This can be a result of nervousness, worry, and you might not even notice your sitting or looking at a screen. Give yourself time to walk around, stretch, and perform relaxation methods. You can also apply a warm compress to the painful areas and exercise walking Somewhat slow, easy walking, and jogging are also good for the body. Being a condition named Bell's Palsy, your mother may go through it. It is a thing that happens because of the inflammation of the facial nerve. Male | 45
If your sugar, thyroid, vitamin D, and vitamin B12 are all normal, then the Satvit Plus Co Q Forte may not be the best choice for you. It is possible that you are just feeling tired due to a lack of sleep or stress. Consider getting more sleep, exercising regularly, and reducing stress. In addition, make sure you are eating a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables and avoiding processed foods. Finally, if you are still feeling tired, consider talking to your doctor about other potential causes and treatments.

I took cialis this morning and forgot about it, now I took muscle relaxers for back pain. Is it dangerous? Should I go to the ER?
Male | 42
It's understandable to be concerned after taking both medications. Cialis can cause low blood pressure, and muscle relaxers may also affect this. You might experience dizziness, lightheadedness, or increased drowsiness. While it’s not common to have severe reactions, monitoring your symptoms is important. If you feel unwell, experience unexpected symptoms, or are unsure, reaching out to a neurologist is a wise choice. They can provide personalized advice. Remaining calm and observing how you feel is key.
