Experiencing a tingling sensation, itching, and abdominal discomfort can be linked to various factors, including stress, anxiety, or nerve-related issues. These symptoms might arise during moments of stress or panic. It's essential to engage in relaxation techniques, maintain a balanced diet, and ensure proper hydration. Regular physical activity can also help alleviate tension. However, since your symptoms involve multiple areas of discomfort, I recommend seeking guidance from a neurologist. They can offer a thorough evaluation and tailored solutions to address your concerns effectively.

Hi, I am feeling dizzy and unwell in the night and also making more scary feeling while I close my eyes.

Female | 23

Vertigo has several different reasons for its appearance and it is especially hard to deal with the sleepless nights, dehydration or anxious feelings one has. Close your eyes and let yourself feel the sensations more deeply. To minimize the discomfort, it is advisable to drink enough water and implement breathing practices for tension relief which will help you feel more relaxed. It is in addition very important to keep on a regular schedule of sleep. Nevertheless, if the symptoms remain or become worse, I think it would be a good idea to consult a medical professional for a comprehensive evaluation.

Sir, I have headache like tight band with nausea, stress and tension. Sir please give me some medicines for relief.

Male | 17

You may have a tension headache. This headache feels like a tight band around the head and can cause vomiting. Common causes for these headaches include stress and tension, poor sleeping habits, or eye strain from looking at screens too much. To alleviate your symptoms, you should take some non-prescription painkillers such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen. Additionally, get enough rest and drink plenty of water while trying relaxation methods like deep breathing exercises or light workouts. If they don’t go away or get worse it would be best if you visited your doctor so that he could give them proper attention.

If dizziness persists for over 35 days despite Ent treatment, it's essential to seek further evaluation from a specialist. Consider consulting with a neurologist or another specialist to determine the underlying cause. Your friend could be having a panic attack. A state where the person has rapid breathing, cold hands and feet, sweaty palms, and feeling unable to move is the most common one during a panic attack. The reasons may be different but the stress or anxiety stage is often the cause. Advise your friend to breathe slowly and deeply to stay calm and composed. Offer them strong reassurance and be a steady presence to help them through it.

Why does my mind feel clear and I got tap water up my nose is my mind feeling clear a symptom of the brain eating amoeba?

Male | 15

Getting tap water in your nose won't give you brain-eating amoeba. When water enters through nostrils, it brings sensation of mental clarity due to temperature difference. However, that amoeba is very uncommon, causing severe signs like intense headaches, fever, and disorientation. Avoid letting water enter the nose, especially in warm freshwater regions. But feeling refreshed after accidental nasal water entry doesn't indicate the presence of that frightening amoeba.
