Anal pain is chronic and can be due to unhealed fissures, inflammation, or muscle tension. This is why you must keep the anal area clean and well-hydrated. Have a trial with over-the-counter medications. These might ease your symptoms, but if they persist, I encourage you to go to a gynecologist and get a detailed evaluation.

too much stomach pain and headache
Male | 20
Underlying causes of stomach pain and headaches may include stress, poor diet, maybe even a stomach virus, etc. Drinking lots of water, eating light and easily digestible foods, and making sure to get some rest is best. If the pain persists or becomes more intense, it's advisable to go for a check-up from a gastroenterologist.

Gastric discomfort can arise from various factors, such as diet, stress, or underlying health issues. Common signs include heartburn, bloating, and nausea. To alleviate symptoms, consider keeping a food diary to identify triggers, eat smaller meals, and avoid spicy or fatty foods. Staying hydrated and managing stress through relaxation techniques can also be beneficial. This type of pain may be felt in this body area due to reasons like the digestive system, bladder, or muscles that are causing the pain. As the medication you had failed, the better thing to do is to visit a gastroenterologist. They may ask you to have other tests like an ultrasound scan to find out the definite cause of your pain.

I was very young around 2 years old when I was diagnosed with inguinal hernia then when I was 6 and half I had a surgery and after sometime hernia reoccurred since then I am living with inguinal hernia size of testicles is enlarged and my penis is short like that of kid
Male | 18
A condition like inguinal hernia happens when intestine bulges through a weak spot near your tummy. It causes pain, swelling, or a lump by your groin. Surgery fixes it sometimes. But if hernia returns after surgery, discuss treatment options with your doctor. Enlarged testicle and shorter penis might relate to hernia. So, mention these concerns to your healthcare provider for further solutions.

Male | 25
ALT and AST, which you have pointed out, are liver enzymes that can indicate whether your liver is functioning properly. You have a slightly high ALT which could signify liver dysfunction. On the other hand, the thing that you mentioned, ulcerative colitis, is a chronic disease that inflames your colon, thus causing symptoms like stomach pain, diarrhea, and blood in your stool. To be sure both of your liver and colitis are being treated properly consult a gastroenterologist for a through examination.

I am a 38 year old man and lately I have blood in my stool and also when I have sex with my girlfriend I have rectal bleeding. Is ejaculation related to homorroids?
Male | 38
When you see blood in your stool or have it while having sex, it might be because of hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are swollen blood vessels around the anus and lower rectum that can bleed, hurt, or itch. Ejaculation alone doesn't cause them but pushing during bowel movements or any other activity can worsen them. To relieve yourself eat more fibre, drink lots of water, and seek advice from a doctor.

Male | 53
It's understandable to feel concerned about increased hunger after meals. This may be due to various factors, including metabolic changes, medication effects, or dietary composition. Certain medications can influence appetite, while a diet low in fiber may not satisfy hunger. Consider integrating more whole grains, fruits, and vegetables into your meals, as they can enhance satiety. Staying hydrated is also essential. While these adjustments may help, I recommend discussing your symptoms with your gastroenterologist to explore further and ensure your medication regimen is suitable for you. They can provide personalized guidance.

Acid reflux might cause your chest pain. A lump-in-throat sensation, bloating, and diarrhea after meals are signs. Stomach acid flows back up the food pipe. Smaller meals and avoiding spicy or greasy foods help. Don't lie down after eating. Drink lots of water too. This condition is when stomach acid flows up. Visit a gastroenterologist if the problem continues.
