I'm a 35 year old man. I have numbness in both my hands for the last 4 days and today my lips are also numb. What should I do?
Male | 25
It might be numbness of hands and lips which could be a nerve problem. The main causes can be a lack of vitamins or compression of nerves. Make sure that your meals are diversified. Rather, try different procedures of raising your hands and be careful to keep the pressure off the nerves. Ask a neurologist to rule out possible causes if symptoms don't disappear or worsen.

I am here for my relative age 23 female. She have some mugrane and she take vivax 5 mg regular and naxdom tablet only when too much headache. But ,by mistake today after dinner she have taken three (3) Vivax 5mg and one Naxdom .We worrid about that......She have taken 3 vivax 5mg instead of 1 vivax 5mg
Female | 23
Taking 3 tablets of Vivax 5mg can lead to an overdose of the medication, which can cause dizziness, confusion, headache, and nausea. But since Vivax 5mg is a relatively low dose medication the risk of serious complications is low. Also taking Naxdom along with it is not harmful. But if you face any serious symtpoms then consult a neurologist.

You're having trouble sleeping. Not getting enough sleep can make one feel tired and grumpy. Common causes of this can be stress, drinking caffeine before bed, or staring at screens late at night. Try to calm down at night by reading a book or having a hot bath. Avoid caffeine as well as screens. If the problem persists, you may want to seek a professional for advice.

I have 1 pea size lymph node on both side of my neck since 1 month I also have post nasal drip.. I feel numbness like feeling in my neck throat and mouth some times I feel tingling in my head.. From yesterday I feel mild pain in front side of my neck
Female | 28
Your body fights infections through swollen lymph nodes in your neck. Post nasal drip irritates your throat and mouth, causing numbness. Tingling in your head might stem from sensitive nerves. It's crucial to get evaluated and treated by a neurologist. They'll determine the underlying cause and provide proper care for your symptoms.

This could be due to stress, caffeine, screen use, or an unsteady bedtime schedule. To improve your sleep, you should calm down before sleeping, avoid drinking coffee in the evening, and keep the same sleeping schedule. These simple changes might help you.

I have dizziness throughout the day and head swinging also. Plus there is bleeding slightly light in color. And I had empty stomach throughout the day also.
Female | 25
Dizziness, head swinging, and slightly light bleeding - these symptoms sound like low blood sugar. They happen when you don't eat enough. Your blood sugar drops, making you feel unsteady and dizzy. To help, eat regular meals and snacks all day to keep blood sugar steady. Include a mix of healthy foods: fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and proteins. If the symptoms don't go away, talk to a neurologist. They'll evaluate further.

I am 52 years old, male. I have a tremor only in my right hand for 4 years and it has been diagnosed as Parkinson's. Which therapy methods are suitable for me? Is stem cell therapy an option for me? I would like to receive advice. Best regard
Male | 52
Your Parkinson's tremor has caused a shaking hand on your right side as the doctor has identified. This can make you shiver, get stiff muscles, or have difficulty with your movements. Parkinson's treatment is the administration of drugs, physical therapy, and as a rule, in a small number of cases, also surgery. Even though research has been done regarding stem cell therapy it is not regularly practiced as a primary therapy for Parkinson's. Follow the prescribed therapies that your doctor gives you.

My mother is almost 50 and since 4-5 months her half side of face suddenly pulls to one side like paralysed and after some time it gets normal but now it is occurring more often.
Female | 49
Being a condition named Bell's Palsy, your mother may go through it. It is a thing that happens because of the inflammation of the facial nerve. Medication and exercises that strengthen the muscles can be included in the treatment. You should visit a neurologist for a proper diagnosis and a plan of treatment.
