It seems like you’re feeling a lot of burning. The cause may be a urinary tract infection, what you eat, or even acid reflux. Drink lots of water and stay away from spicy foods. If it doesn’t get better, see a urologist.

How do I treat hair thinning, loss, and dandruff at 16?

I am 16 year old and I am suffering from hair thinning hair loss and dandruff what do I do??

At your age, losing hair or having thinning hair could occur because of stress, poor nutrition, hormonal changes, or using strong hair products. For instance, a dry scalp or a fungus can cause dandruff. To reduce stress levels, eat a well-balanced diet, use mild hair care products, and try anti-dandruff shampoos. Visit a dermatologist for more personalized recommendations.

I’m not sure the cause (cessation of birth control, overuse of other products, diet, etc) but when I treat it with anti-fungal products it sometimes diminishes, but keeps returning. This has gone on for 6 months. Can someone PLEASE point me in the right direction?

You may have a persistent form of fungal dermatitis. There are symptoms such as red itchy patches on the back, neck, and face. The fungus does well on the skin in warm places with lots of moisture. The causes can be triggered by changes in hormones, using too much products, or eating habits. Keep the areas clean and dry should be done to solve this problem. It would worsen the condition if heavy oils or creams are applied because of this reason. Also, make sure anti-fungal medications are used as directed only. Do not share personal items like clothes and towels with others if you don’t want them to get infected. If the condition does not go away, please visit a dermatologist.

Stress is a common cause of these types of sores, but they can also be brought on by accidentally biting your mouth or eating certain foods. To keep them from forming, it is important to try and reduce stress as much as possible while staying away from anything spicy or acidic that may irritate the area more. Good oral hygiene will help prevent future outbreaks. Over-the-counter gels are available at most stores, which will numb the pain temporarily and speed up healing times. If none of this works or if they won’t seem to go away then please see a dermatologist/dentist for further assistance.

Momate F is a powerful drug used to treat itches, redness and swelling on the skin. Nevertheless, it should be used under the direction of a physician. Skin problems in children may be due to allergies, infections or other causes. Therefore, you must consult a dermatologist so that they can give you the right medication for your child’s skin condition.

Ringworm is a common infection caused by a fungus that can result in red circular patches on the skin. The most effective method for treating this condition is by using antifungal shampoos or creams. Ensure that you keep your scalp clean and dry so as not to transmit it to anyone else by sharing hats or combs. If non-prescription medications fail to work, seek medical attention from a dermatologist.

This could be a cyst or a lipoma (a harmless fatty growth), among other things. If you feel pain, notice changes in skin color around it, or find that it grows rapidly please see a dermatologist immediately for necessary investigations. You may have to undergo biopsy or surgery for removal depending on the doctor's recommendations to secure your health.

Why is my helix ear lump bleeding and swollen?

ear lump from piercing in helix bleeding and swelling and irritation

There’s a lump in your ear above where the earrings go. If it’s swollen, red, or bleeds, it might be an infected piercing. Infections happen when bacteria enter through broken skin. To help it heal faster clean it with saline solution, don’t touch it with unclean hands, and use warm compresses several times a day. If this doesn’t work you should see a dermatologist.

Skin redness without itching

If your skin turns red without feeling itchy, there might be a few causes. This redness can happen when your skin is sensitive to what touches it such as some fabrics or lotions. It may also result from temperature changes or stress. Use gentle fragrance-free products on your skin and keep it hydrated. Visit a dermatologist if the redness continues or gets worse.

How to Treat Sunburned Skin?

I suddenly move Rajasthan here temprature 48° my full body back sunburn skin damage and full body itching and pimples redness please suggest me best cream and moisturizer for speedy recovery

This happens when the sun’s rays damage your skin; it makes it turn red and sometimes itch or even have bumps that look like pimples. A mild lotion containing aloe plus some moisturizer should be applied frequently to speed up treatment. For now, however, take much fluid since this will help speed up recovery too; rest in a cool place without being exposed again until things get better.

How Can I Address Minoxidil Hairline Visibility?

I am using minoxidil since 2 month. After using this my hair line is more visible what can I do ?

1 Answer
Dr. Ishmeet Kaur

This might happen sometimes as a side effect. Minoxidil could cause increased hair fall before new hair starts to grow. The most important thing is to wait because this shedding usually is temporary. If you are worried, it’s better to continue using the medicine as directed and consult your doctor for more advice.

If you notice some vein-like structures on your penis glans, those are likely just normal blood vessels that have become more visible. You may notice this more during arousal. Usually, it’s not anything to worry about and doesn’t need treatment. However, if they are causing you pain or discomfort, or if they have appeared suddenly, it would be best for you to see a doctor so they can be evaluated further.

Itching all over the body with rashes, dark patches, and pigmentation could be due to several reasons including allergies, skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis, and hormonal imbalances. I see you have used drugs but sometimes it is necessary for one to get a clear understanding for effective treatment. Therefore, I would advise that she gets referred to an expert such as an allergist or dermatologist who will conduct more tests maybe even skin biopsies or blood works so that they can be able to identify the cause exactly. After which they can then give her specific treatments meant for that condition which will help reduce the signs.

Should I be concerned about painless underarm lump?

I am 20 year old female . I have a painless underarm lump that has been there for a year now. What should I do

1 Answer
Dr. Ishmeet Kaur

If you have a painless lump in your armpit that doesn’t go away for about a year, it should be checked out. It might just be a harmless cyst, a swollen lymph node, or a kind of fat called lipoma. But we also need to make sure nothing more serious is going on. My advice is to see a healthcare provider who can take a look at it.

Swelling and bruising are common for rough activities. A lump may form after injuring the breast. These bumps are caused by blood collecting under the skin. You should monitor it closely. If it persists or causes any pain, seek medical attention immediately.
