These can sometimes be the result of ingrown hairs or sweat glands getting blocked. Pimples in this area might appear as small red bumps. Keep the area clean and dry, avoid squeezing it, and wear loose clothing. If it doesn't go away or gets worse, it's a good idea to talk to a healthcare provider; it's a great idea to talk to a dermatologist in such a case.

You might be dealing with a common issue called acne. The back can easily get acne due to things like friction from clothes, sweating, or clogged hair follicles. To treat these spots, keep the area clean and dry, wear loose clothing, and use over-the-counter acne treatments with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid.

Ringworm isn't from worms, it's a funky fungus skin infection. Scattered red, scaly, itchy patches appear on your body. See a dermatologist for antifungal cream or pill treatment. Keep skin clean, and dry to prevent spreading. Don't share personal items - that's how it travels.

Gray hair may show up sooner than expected. This results when the body produces less melanin pigment. Stress, heredity, and certain health issues contribute. There's no magic cure for gray, but lifestyle changes could help maintain healthy hair. A balanced diet, stress management, and avoiding smoking make a difference. If concerned, consult a dermatologist about premature graying.

When dry, dark skin feels tight or rough, itchiness happens sometimes. This dryness arises due to cold air, harsh soaps, and lack of water. Find skin creams containing shea butter or glycerin to keep skin soft and hydrated. Hyaluronic acid also helps. Use sunscreen always and drink lots of water. Hot showers damage by stripping natural oils away from the skin. So they're best avoided.

Nodular Prurigo: Prolonged Condition Over 1.5 Years

nodular prurigo from past 1.5 year

Nodular prurigo is a long-lasting skin condition that causes very itchy bumps. These bumps stay for years because scratching or rubbing makes them worse. Creams can help reduce the itching, and it’s important to avoid scratching and keep the skin moisturized. Sometimes, prescription medications are needed, so it's a good idea to see a dermatologist. This condition can cause a lot of discomfort over time, as the urge to scratch makes the bumps worse. A good skincare routine and medical treatment can provide relief.

Perhaps your body is responding to something to which it is allergic. Sometimes, reactions are not instant, taking days to fully develop. The redness, swelling, hives, and warmth you feel are typical allergic signs. Avoid whatever caused this reaction. Continue taking prescribed medicine. However, if symptoms worsen or persist, consult a dermatologist promptly.

You might have acne, a skin issue that causes small pimples on your back, neck, and chest. Acne happens when oil and dead skin cells clog hair follicles. Hormones, stress, or certain foods can sometimes trigger acne flare-ups. To help reduce acne, gently wash the affected areas with a mild cleanser and avoid using oily products. If it's bothering you, see a dermatologist.

Hidradenitis suppurativa is liable to painful lumps beneath the skin, usually in places where the skin rubs together. Bacteria infections, usually due to blocked hair follicles, are the main causes of this. To manage it, you can try some home remedies like gentle cleansing, wearing loose clothing, and medications prescribed by a dermatologist.

It's completely normal to get new beauty spots at the age 25. If the spot is small, clean, and not causing any discomfort, it's likely harmless. These spots might appear due to sun exposure or your genes. It's important to keep an eye on any changes in the size, shape, or color of the spot. If you notice unusual things like bleeding or rapid growth, visit a dermatologist to be safe.

Hair loss can be due to several factors such as stress, unhealthy diet, or hormone variations. It's normal for humans to shed up to 100 strands of hair daily. But if it's a lot more than usual, you might notice bald spots or thinner hair. Eating well, calming your mind, and using hair products that are not too harsh may help to prevent hair loss.

According to the information you have given, your left side's visible bulging under the throat could be due to some pathological reasons. This can be demonstrated through infections, allergy symptoms, thyroid disorders, etc. Stay hydrated, get proper rest, and try the warm compress on it, if you can, for a while. If the swelling remains or you start experiencing breathing difficulties or freezing, you must not hesitate to contact a dermatologist.
