Recently my father diagnosed with diffused cerebral autrophy with chronic microangiopathic changes involving deep hemispheric white matter (fazekas Grade 2 white matter hyperintensities) Kindly suggest what to do ?

Currently there is no specific treatment for managing white matter lesions/hyperintensities. The goal is to treat the reason of the damage and cease the progression and worsening of the disease.

Depending on the reason of damage, the doctor will start you on blood pressure lowering or cholesterol lowering medicines.

In case you have a social habit such as smoking, then it is suggested to quit smoking at the earliest for preventing any further damage.

Consult a neurologist for further treatment.

It is either a neurological disorder induced decrease in blood pressure and heart rate which he faces from time to time, or a severe migraine episode, with which some psychological conditions are linked as well, it could be anything but mostly seems to be a neurological disorder.

Take him to a specialist, refer our page - Neurologists.

As per the complaints, this is a case of Sinusitis.

If you have sinusitis, the doctor may be able to recommend additional medications to relieve your symptoms, such as steroid nasal sprays or drops to reduce sinus swelling.

antihistamines - if your symptoms are caused by an allergy

Antibiotics - if you have a bacterial infection and are severely sick or at risk of consequences, antibiotics may be prescribed (but antibiotics are often not needed, as sinusitis is usually caused by a virus)
