Your friend seems to have been struggling with a mental illness for a few years now. Mental illnesses manifest in different ways such as extreme sadness, anxiety, or difficulty concentrating. A person may experience this due to genetic makeup, brain chemicals, and life events. She should consider seeing a therapist or taking medicine, who will help her cope with the symptoms and feel better.

Being nervous and not being able to sleep are usual symptoms of stress among other things like migraines especially after a divorce. By the way, Stilpain should help ease the pain but it would be better if you could see a psychiatrist soon to discuss everything with them. They may be able to give some advice on how best to deal with such situations.

Will my anxiety medications harm me?

Hello, I am 30 years old. I have been suffering from panic attacks, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder for 7 years. I went to a psychologist, looked at my condition and prescribed medications. Medication: Velaxin twice a day, half a tablet of Abizol, zolomax 2/1 tablet, 1 tablet after 3 days. I take these medications. I'm afraid to use it. I went to a heart doctor and he examined me and said my heart was healthy. What I want to ask you is, do these drugs harm people?

It’s totally okay to feel worried about the medications you’ve been given. Velaxin is for anxiety and panic attacks, Abizol and Zolomax are for anxiety and OCD. These drugs are generally safe when used correctly but can cause dizziness or drowsiness as common side effects. You must follow your doctor’s orders and tell them if anything strange is happening to you.

It seems like you might be having feelings of anxiety. Anxiety is when you feel very nervous or worried a lot of the time. You might also have symptoms such as feeling restless, having trouble sleeping or thinking about things too much. Sometimes it is caused by stress or certain situations. It’s alright because there are ways to help yourself like taking deep breaths, talking to someone who can understand you best, and meditating. You can also get help from a therapist.

To get the Xanax to work effectively, don't take it with orange juice. Xanax is in a class of medications called benzodiazepines. Mixing it with orange juice makes your body absorb Xanax less well because the juice's acidity interferes with this process.

I am prescribed 0.50 mg of alprazolam as needed. I took my dose and do not feel anything and am still having an anxiety attack. It has been 2 and a half hours since I took that dose. Can I take 0.25 now or is it too dangerous? I have no health issues.

Don't take more medicine without going to a doctor. You may hurt yourself if you do anything harmful. At least attempt to find some other way besides taking so much Xanax all the time because that could end badly too, like speaking halfway or breathing deeply.  If these don't work then going to therapy would be great too.

High levels of anxiety can interfere with your sleep and make things seem very scary. It's normal to have racing thoughts, restlessness, and physical symptoms such as sweating or shaking. This comes from a mix of genetics, brain chemistry, and the things you've been through. Speaking with a psychitrist is the best way to manage anxiety through therapy or medication.

Anxiety can bring about sleep difficulties and a sense that something awful might happen. This type of disorder is often seen among youth and other causes include stress, genetics among others. To manage this condition one may want to try engaging in exercises such as yoga which helps big time in calming down both our minds and bodies, deep breathing also works well for some people, or even talking to someone about how they feel either friends or therapists can be helpful too.

Social anxiety causes extreme discomfort in social situations such as communicating with people or being in a mass of people. It is attributed to both genetic and environmental factors. These conversations help cut down these fears. This is an indication that everyone is involved and seeking help. Please visit a psychiatrist so they can counsel you about how to manage this.

It is okay to feel shy and stressed at times. Many people face this. It can feel hard to be with others. You might feel nervous, shy, or scared. But, you are not alone in this. Try taking small steps. You could join a club or talk to someone you trust. Taking deep breaths and learning to relax can also help lower stress. Move at your own pace. Take it slow.

I can understand how waiting for exam scores makes you feel very bad. Your body can get weak, and afraid, and your heart can beat fast when you are anxious. It is just how your body acts when it feels stress. To feel good, try breathing deeply, talk to someone about how you feel, and do things you like. Remember, exam scores do not show who you are as a person.

Mixing Valium, Xanax, and alcohol can be extremely dangerous. They all influence the brain to slow down activities, which can result in respiratory difficulties, unconsciousness, and even death. Indications may involve sleepiness, bewilderment, slurred language, and a decrease in respiration. If you've mixed these, look for urgent medical care immediately. It's crucial never to combine these substances because it might be fatal.

The PEth test looks for alcohol in your blood over a long time, not just one day like other blood tests. It is very important to drink lots of water, eat good food, and not drink any alcohol to help your body get better. It's a challenging process, but staying sober and taking good care of yourself can help lower your PEth levels more quickly.
