How long to pass PEth test after heavy drinking?
Hello i need to ask about PEth test. This month i have been drunk 3 times. How long do i have to wait in order to pass a PEth test? Also i have been drinking quite heavily in all these 3 times. 2 weeks sober in between the drinking occasions.

Answered on 23rd May '24
The PEth test looks for alcohol in your blood over a long time, not just one day like other blood tests. It is very important to drink lots of water, eat good food, and not drink any alcohol to help your body get better. It's a challenging process, but staying sober and taking good care of yourself can help lower your PEth levels more quickly.

Can I Mix Xanax and Orange Juice?
Can I take my xanax and drink orange juice?
Dr. Vikas Patel
Psychiatrist
Answered on 23rd May '24
To get the Xanax to work effectively, don't take it with orange juice. Xanax is in a class of medications called benzodiazepines. Mixing it with orange juice makes your body absorb Xanax less well because the juice's acidity interferes with this process.

Can I Take 0.25 mg Alprazolam During Anxiety Attack?
I am prescribed 0.50 mg of alprazolam as needed. I took my dose and do not feel anything and am still having an anxiety attack. It has been 2 and a half hours since I took that dose. Can I take 0.25 now or is it too dangerous? I have no health issues.

Don't take more medicine without going to a doctor. You may hurt yourself if you do anything harmful. At least attempt to find some other way besides taking so much Xanax all the time because that could end badly too, like speaking halfway or breathing deeply. If these don't work then going to therapy would be great too.

High levels of anxiety can interfere with your sleep and make things seem very scary. It's normal to have racing thoughts, restlessness, and physical symptoms such as sweating or shaking. This comes from a mix of genetics, brain chemistry, and the things you've been through. Speaking with a psychitrist is the best way to manage anxiety through therapy or medication.

Being nervous and not being able to sleep are usual symptoms of stress among other things like migraines especially after a divorce. By the way, Stilpain should help ease the pain but it would be better if you could see a psychiatrist soon to discuss everything with them. If you are unhappy, anxious, or angry most of the time; struggle to focus, or no longer find pleasure in activities you once enjoyed, then it might be helpful for you to know that these are symptoms of a possible mental health problem. If you want to feel better, consider talking it out with someone who you trust – this helps more than keeping everything bottled up inside which only makes matters worse over time. You could also try some relaxation exercises like deep breathing techniques or mindfulness meditation; keeping busy through physical exercises such as jogging or swimming may help too – not forgetting to seek professional help/guidance from a counselor/therapist.
