Aapko kuch din tak khud par dhyan dena chahiye, jaise ki achhi hygiene maintain karna aur loose garments pehnana. Lekin agar aapko yeh symptoms barh rahe hain ya kuch aur pareshaani mehsoos hoti hai, to dermatologist se milna behtar rahega.

Periods indicate that the body is not in a state of pregnancy. It’s completely normal for cycles to vary or be irregular due to various factors like stress, hormonal changes, or lifestyle. Common symptoms include mood swings, fatigue, and cramps. If you are trying to conceive and have concerns about your cycle, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and managing stress can be helpful. However, if irregularities persist or you have other worries, it’s wise to consult a gynecologist for personalized guidance. They can provide insights and support tailored to your needs.

Additionally, consider stress management techniques such as meditation or deep breathing exercises. Since these symptoms can also indicate underlying health issues, I encourage you to consult a general physician. Can I Get Low-Cost Braces at Government Hospitals?
I have a concern regarding my teeth as they are slightly protruding, and I’m considering braces treatment. Could you please let me know if such treatment is available at a low cost or for free in government hospitals? Also, I would appreciate information on how to apply for this treatment.
Dentist
Answered on 29th Jan '25
This condition, often caused by genetics or misalignment, can be effectively addressed with braces. Many government hospitals offer orthodontic services at reduced rates or, in some cases, for free, especially for eligible individuals. To explore this, I recommend visiting your local health facility or their website for details on enrollment and application procedures. It's crucial to consult with a dentist who can assess your specific situation and recommend the best course of treatment.

To ease your symptoms, such as a sore throat, runny nose, or mild fever, focus on rest and hydration. Drinking plenty of fluids like water and herbal teas can keep you comfortable. Over-the-counter medications may help relieve discomfort. Warm saline gargles can soothe your throat. Avoid irritants like smoke and allergens. Most colds resolve within a week, but if symptoms persist or worsen, consider seeking professional medical advice. Your health is important, so don’t hesitate to consult a healthcare provider for personalized care.

Is Pregnancy Detectable by Ultrasound at 14 Weeks Post-Intercourse?
Please answer this. I’m anxious and loosing my self. Is it absolutely certain that an ultrasound scan done at 14 weeks after intercourse would detect a pregnancy? I had an encounter on October 24 that did not include vaginal penetration or ejaculation, but there was rubbing around the anal region. She got her periods on November 8, December 6, and January 3. A urine pregnancy test was done on December 30 using evening urine, and it showed a clear negative result. Out of curiosity, she had an ultrasound scan on January 28 at a clinic, and they said there was no pregnancy. However, I’m still unable to convince myself that nothing happened. Please confirm if, even in the case of a cryptic pregnancy, the ultrasound scan done on January 28 would have absolutely detected? Is there any chance of pregnancy in this case even now . Many are saying mostly, unlikely, highly but no one is giving 100 percent absolute answer. Please help.
Gynecologist/Obstetrician
Answered on 29th Jan '25
Given that your partner had regular menstrual cycles after the encounter and a negative urine pregnancy test, the likelihood of pregnancy is extremely low. The ultrasound performed on January 28 would have detected any existing pregnancy, including a cryptic one. If no pregnancy was found then, it strongly suggests she is not pregnant. To ease your mind further, consulting a gynecologist can provide additional reassurance and clarity. Remember, it’s important to trust the medical evaluations you've received.

Irregular periods can occur due to various factors such as stress, hormonal changes, or lifestyle adjustments. A negative pregnancy test is reassuring but if your period does not arrive soon, it may be helpful to wait a few days and retest. It's also a good idea to monitor any other symptoms you may be experiencing. If irregularities persist or you feel concerned, consulting a gynecologist can give you some clarity and reassurance. Remember, keeping open communication with your doctor is important for your health.

It's normal for menstrual cycles to vary, and a missed period can be caused by factors such as stress, hormonal changes, or recent lifestyle adjustments. Since your pregnancy test was negative, you might not be pregnant. However, if your period is delayed or you experience other symptoms like discomfort, I recommend consulting with a gynecologist. They can offer guidance and help assess your situation more thoroughly. Remember, it's important to prioritize your health and seek professional advice for peace of mind.

Why Am I Feeling Penile Vibration?
I'm feeling a vibration in my penis
Urologist
Answered on 29th Jan '25
Penis tingles sometimes due to quirky causes - nerves acting up or twitchy muscles. Often it's just blood flow fluctuating. Stress exacerbates those jittery sensations, too. Stay calm, hydrate well, and avoid tight undies. However, if shaky penis symptoms persist or intensify, consult an urologist for advice.

Can I get pregnant with implant removed after period?
I'm a 23 year old girl I had sex on the 25th December and I'm using implant for prevention I just got my period after a month so will I.get pregnant if I remove the implant now
Gynecologist
Answered on 28th Jan '25
When it's an implant, it's a birth control method that is very effective. If you pull it out, the fertility cycle is expected to return to normal in a few weeks, which means the possibility of getting pregnant is still there if you have unprotected sex. The fact that you had your last menstruation shows normal hormonal balance. If you're contemplating implant extraction, it's better to visit the gynecologist and talk over the reproduction implications corresponding to your plans. They can give you an individualized recommendation supported by your specific condition thus assisting you in acquiring the necessary knowledge for your sexual health.

Itching on your thighs, particularly at specific times, may be caused by dry skin, allergic reactions, or irritation. Bumps on your genital area can result from various skin conditions, such as folliculitis or infections. To alleviate discomfort, consider using a gentle moisturizer and avoiding harsh soaps. Wearing loose-fitting clothing might help reduce irritation. However, it’s essential to consult a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment, especially for the bumps. A doctor can provide tailored advice and ensure you receive the best care for your symptoms.

Why Do I Have Pain in My Right Testicle?
I’m 20 years old and last days I was sitting and suddenly I had pain in my right testicle. During urination or passing urine, everything is normal and there is no blood. What is the solution?
Urologist
Answered on 28th Jan '25
Sudden pain in one testicle can arise from various causes, including minor strain, infection, or inflammation. Since urination is normal and there's no blood, this may be less concerning. However, it’s essential to monitor for additional symptoms like swelling or persistent pain. I recommend applying a warm compress and avoiding strenuous activities. For reassurance and to rule out any serious issues, please consult a urologist. They can provide a thorough evaluation and appropriate treatment, ensuring your health remains a priority.
