Hello, The PTC - Papillary Carcinoma Cancer treatment is:

  1. Surgery: Doctor removes the entire thyroid gland along with nearby lymph nodes to lower the chance of cancer returning.
  2. Radioactive iodine (RAI) ablation: If cancer has spread to the lung, the patient needs to take the pill with radioactive iodine. Any leftover thyroid cells take in the iodine which kills them.
  3. Radiation Therapy: When thyroid cells that do not respond to RAI, then it is treated with external beam radiation therapy.
  4. Chemotherapy: In this treatment, anti-cancer drugs are injected into a vein so that drug flows throughout the body to destroy cancer cells. It is used mostly in advanced stages.
  5. Thyroid Hormone Therapy: After the surgery, the patient has to take Thyroid Hormone Pills daily for the rest of his life. The pill also stops the body from making thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH). Stopping TSH is necessary because if any thyroid cells are left, then TSH could trigger cancer cells to grow again.

Some of the best hospitals that you can consider for PTC - Papillary Carcinoma Cancer treatment in Delhi are: Cancer Hospitals in Delhi.

Hope this answers your query.

Hello! As an answer to your question, you can get a hair transplant done. This is because age is not a factor and all that matters is your health. As you have asked for the cost of hair transplant, it all depends on the baldness level and the techniques used. There are 7 levels of Baldness ranging from Level 1 to Level 7. The higher the level of baldness, the more hair grafts you will require for hair transplant. Depending on the number of grafts a technique would be decided for your hair transplant procedure. Given that the closest metropolitan city to you is Hyderabad, there are 2 commonly used techniques for Hair Transplant: 1. Follicle Unit Transplant (FUT): For 1000 grafts the cost is Rs.35,000 to Rs. 45,000 for 1 sitting (4 to 6 hours) and for 3000 grafts the cost is 80,000 to 110,000 for 2 to 3 sittings. 2. Follicle Unit Extraction (FUE): For 1000 grafts the cost is Rs.50,000 to Rs. 60,000 for 1 sitting (4 to 6 hours) and for 3000 grafts the cost is 150,000 to 180,000 for 1 to 2 sittings. Hope our answer has satisfied your question. We are also linking you to our page where you will find relevant experts who will help you with the treatment - Hair Transplant Surgeons in Hyderabad.

Hello,

  1. As per your question, usually it takes 2 to 4 hours for hair transplant surgery, but the time depends on the technique you choose and the sittings you require for your baldness level.
  2. Most people are able to return to work 2 to 5 days after the surgery.
  3. As far as hair transplant recovery is concerned, within 2 to 3 weeks post surgery the transplanted hair will fall out. But it is a good indication that your body has accepted the transplanted follicles. Most people will see 60% of new hair growth after 6 to 9 months.
  4. Hair transplant success rate is 90%
  5. But this success rate depends on the doctor and the clinic you choose. The more experience the doctor and the clinic technicians have, the better your success rate will be.
  6. The hair follicles that were extracted from the donor area of your head would not grow back. The hair follicles are extracted at certain intervals so that hair in the donor area does not look scanty. For your baldness level 2, you may require 1500 - 2000 grafts or more depending on the baldness area and the type of hair you have. You can read more about hair transplant price, on our blog - Cost of Hair Transplant.

For this, you have to consult the Hair Transplant Surgeon for proper guidance, our page will help with that regard - Hair Transplant in Mumbai. Hope my answer helps you.
