Stomach loose motion from two days suggest best medicine
Male | 20
For stomach loose motion lasting two days, you can try taking ORS (Oral Rehydration Solution) to prevent dehydration and a probiotic like curd or yogurt. Over-the-counter medicines like loperamide can help, but it's best to consult a gastroenterologist to determine the exact cause and get proper treatment.

I am 27 Yr old male I m feeling stomach burning from past 15 days
Male | 27
Stomach burning could be due to a couple of reasons. One might think that the burning sensation in the stomach is caused by hot foods or stress from being one of two but acid reflux can also be the reason. There are other symptoms present like bloating or chest pain. To overcome this, take only small meals and cut off spicy or acidic foods. Another thing, do not eat just before going to bed. If it is a serious condition, you could get a gastroenterologist's consultation.

My mother under went ultrasound scan of abdomen and Pelvis, Here are the findings Cholelithiasis with Gall Bladder Mass: The presence of multiple gallstones and a mass almost completely filling the gall bladder lumen requires further evaluation with a CECT abdomen. Possible Metastatic Lymph Node: The lesion near the porta hepatis could be a metastatic lymph node, warranting further clinical and lab correlation. Need to know what does that mean
Female | 50
Your mum may have gallstones and a growth in her gallbladder according to the results of the ultrasound. Gallstones can cause pain in the upper abdomen or back, nausea, and vomiting. The mass in the gallbladder needs further investigation so another scan should be done. Also, the possible lymph node near the liver area might need more testing to know what it is. Your mum needs to see her doctor again and talk about what to do next as well as the treatment options for these things.

I usually have bowel movements once per day. This remains the same yet on Sunday I saw bright red blood on the toilet paper after wiping my bottom. It took several wipes for the blood to clear away. Each wipe had marginally less blood. All in all I wiped away around two tablespoons of bright red blood. I checked my stool and the bright red blood was intermixed with the stool. It stained the inside of the toilet with bright red streaks of blood as it caught the inside edge of the toilet basin. Aside the blood in the stool, there was no other blood pooled at the bottom of the toilet water. This has happened each day since. There is only blood during bowel movement. I don't have constipation and don't need to strain to defecate. The stool is of a normal size, colour and consistency. Neither big nor hard to cause an anal fissure on exit. I have no pain, no constipation, no itchy bottom, no fatigue, no lightheadedness, no fever, no unintended weight loss. I am a man aged 40 with no other health complaints.
Male | 40
It may be because of hemorrhoids or anal fissure. But it is essential to differentiate them from other serious disease such as colorectal cancer. It would be recommended to you to see a gastroenterologist to have a deeper diagnosis and the best treatment plan.

It streaked my stool in a line once but since then i haven’t had anything like that. it’s just bright red blood whenever i wipe but i have experienced no pain.
Male | 18
You might have a condition known as hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are, in fact, swollen blood vessels in the rectum. They are capable of causing bleeding and discomfort. Straining during bowel movements, chronic constipation, or sitting for too long are the causes of them. To ease the symptom, it is recommended to eat a diet that is rich in fiber, drink enough water, and avoid overexerting yourself when having a bowel movement. In case the symptoms do not go away or become worse, it is important to consult a gastroenterologist for further examination and treatment.

I’m having frequent urination and abdominal cramps
Female | 28
Most people at times deal with bladder troubles. You may feel an urgent need to urinate frequently, along with stomach cramps. Such symptoms often indicate a urinary tract infection (UTI) or bladder irritation. Simple steps can provide relief: drinking ample water, limiting caffeine and spicy fare, and fully emptying your bladder when urinating. However, if discomfort persists, seeking medical advice from a urologist becomes advisable.

These symptoms like heartburn, yeast-like burps, bleeding piles, stomach burning, and pain could be due to a condition called gastritis, which you're experiencing. Inflammation of the lining of the stomach is called gastritis, which can be caused by stress, some food, or bacterial infections. For these symptoms, try to stay away from spicy, acidic, and fatty foods. Eating smaller meals more often can be another way to normalize your metabolism. The best choice is to go to a gastroenterologist who provides the proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
