You mentioned experiencing all-over body pain following sexual activity about a month ago. Although you've had your period since then, the discomfort persists. This ongoing pain could potentially signify an underlying issue like an infection or inflammation. To address this concern and identify the root cause, seeking medical evaluation from a gynecologist is highly advisable. They can examine you, provide guidance, and ensure you receive appropriate care to alleviate the lingering discomfort efficiently.

I had unprotected sex with my friend during her periods. is there is any chances of pregnancy to occur
Male | 42
The odds of becoming pregnant during your period are typically slim; nevertheless, the occurrence is not impossible. Manifestations of gestation may involve skipped periods and vomiting. To avoid pregnancy and STDs, the use of a condom is essential every time you have sex. Testing for pregnancy may help assuage your fears if they're there.

Female | 28
Sometimes, a small bleed can happen around day 28 of your cycle. It might just be a harmless thing. Not necessarily your period or pregnancy sign. Stress, hormonal shifts - these can trigger spotting. But if it keeps occurring or you feel uneasy, do consult a gynecologist.

I have been on the combined pill for 8 years now. I stopped taking it about a month ago and still haven’t got a period. Should i be worried?
Female | 23
Not having your period yet is okay because your body needs time to readjust. The combined pill manages your cycle, so stopping it disrupts that routine. Your period will resume after a few weeks. Stress, weight fluctuations, or hormone imbalances may delay it. Don't worry if it takes a bit longer. However, see a gynecologist if the absence of your period lasts over a couple of months to ensure everything is fine.

I'm 20 years old and my periods is missing from the last two months and I checked pregnancy but it comes out negative results for the 4 to 5 times. So why my periods is not coming
Female | 20
It's common to miss periods due to stress, hormonal imbalance, weight changes, or excessive exercise. Since pregnancy tests are negative, it's best to consult a gynecologist who can help diagnose the exact cause and provide appropriate treatment.

Was on harmoni f tablet from May and missed a dose on August. Started taking notethisterone tablet from 24 august to 7 September. In between had protected intercourse with no penetration, no ejaculation, with condom on. Got withdrawal bleeding on 12 September to 15 September. Then started taking harmoni f again from 14th September for 21 days and got withdrawal bleeding on 9 October to 13 October. Again took harmoni f tablets from 10 October to 30 October and got withdrawal bleeding from it on 4 November to 8 November. Also took beta blood hcg test on 2nd October after intercourse which came out <0.1 . Was the test taken was accurate? What are the chances of pregnancy? Also having bleeding brownish light bleeding on 18th November.
Female | 22
you should seek gynecologist consultation and advice for treating your condition. Your negative beta HCG test means that you are not pregnant. Your brownish-light bleeding may be a result of hormonal change or side effects due to the administration of the hormone tablets.

In such situations, the causes for these symptoms could be either an infection of the natural herpes virus or a bacteria called Gardnerella vaginosis. Also i got light broen discharge three weeks after my period or two weeks after and i had it for three days . Could it be mabe because i drank five birth control pills in one day and two plan bs in two days ? what help can you give me
Female | 16
variations in period flow and color are normal, and the dark brown blood you experienced could be older blood being discharged. Taking multiple birth control pills and emergency contraceptives can also affect your cycle. Since it's been two weeks since your period and the pregnancy test was negative, it's unlikely you're pregnant. Stress can symptoms like nausea, so try to relax and trust the test results. The light brown discharge you later experienced could be a result of hormonal changes from the medications you took. If you continue to feel unwell or anxious, seek guidance from a gynecologist.

The results show a small polyp in your uterus and a cyst with blood vessels around it. Usually, these are harmless, but sometimes they can cause mild symptoms that are not life-threatening. The fluid also appears normal. If you feel pain or notice unusual bleeding, please contact a gynecologist.

Female | 36
You may be dealing with Braxton Hicks contractions. These are like practice contractions that your body does to prepare for labor. They can be likened to the sensation of menstrual cramps along with some discomfort in the lower back. The thick, gooey discharge might be an indication that your body is preparing itself for labor. While resting and drinking water is good for your health, if the cramps become more frequent or severe, you should inform your gynecologist.

Extreme period pain can be caused by disorders like PCOD, which may also explain the body hair you mentioned. To manage the pain, try warm baths, gentle exercise, and over-the-counter pain relievers. Regarding pregnancy, the chances of penetration or ejaculation are extremely low.

Vaginal discharge is common in women. It helps keep the vagina clean. But, check if the smell, color, or feel changes. It could mean you have an infection. Itchiness or irritation down there are symptoms. Bacteria, yeast, or viruses cause infections. See a gynecologist for checkups and treatment.
