Warum habe ich mit 16 Jahren Schwäche und Schlafstörungen?

Ich bin ein 16-jähriger Junge und habe geistige und körperliche Schwächen. Ab dem 8. Monat masturbiere ich einmal täglich. Ich rede nicht gern mit Menschen und habe auch nicht das Gefühl, mit irgendjemandem verbunden zu sein. Mein Schlafzyklus ist stark gestört, deshalb schlafe ich tagsüber ein und wache die ganze Nacht auf, obwohl ich das nicht möchte.

Tägliches Masturbieren ist normal, aber das Gefühl von Schwäche und Unverbundenheit ist es nicht. Energiemangel und Schlafstörungen können viele Ursachen haben, etwa Stress oder Depressionen. Ich empfehle, mit jemandem zu sprechen, dem Sie vertrauen, etwa einem Elternteil oder einem Schulberater, um Hilfe und Unterstützung zu erhalten.

OCD or Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder can take a long time to get better. It's very likely that you can remain on Flunil for a longer time period to gain relief from any remaining symptoms.
