Female | 19
It is anxiety that you are facing. This can lead to trembling, palpitation, shortness of breath, and stomach tightness. Try taking deep breaths, talking to someone you trust, and doing activities you enjoy. Drinking water and receiving enough sleep may help, too. It's important to keep reminding yourself that the feelings you have are normal and that the situation may get better eventually.

So, i took a 30mg codeine tablet. Then 5 minutes later i forgot i had taken it. So took another. So iv taken 60mg in 1sitting. Will i be ok. Im 33 weigh about 10st4. Relatively mind strong. I was just curios
Male | 34
If you take 60mg of codeine all at once, it is more likely to cause some side effects. One of the side effects is that you may become very sleepy, feel dizzy, or have problems with breathing. Whenever a medicine reaction like the one described here happens, it is best to remain calm and save your life without increasing the doses further. In addition, it is recommended to stay hydrated, sit down, and be observant of the body's feelings for possible encounters.

You may have a gag reflex. This happens when your body is more sensitive to certain things you see, smell, or taste. It isn’t usually serious but it can be unpleasant. Try to steer clear of anything that makes you feel like this. If it won’t go away and bothers you, too, it might help to speak with a doctor about how to handle it.

I m 14 year having no interest in studies forgot what learned
Male | 14
Teenagers often may not like some kinds of studying because it seems they have no interest in some subjects. It's similar to our emotions can be weakened or lost by outside forces such as being overwhelmed, demotivated, or distracted. Forgetting what you have learned can indicate that you are stressed or overwhelmed with many things in your head. You need to find time to unwind, practice self-discipline, and communicate your needs to someone if this happens to you. Appreciate that being involved in your studies is important but take time to relax and take care of yourself by knowing that it's okay to need help from others whenever you are in trouble.

You’ve had a tough time dealing with erectile dysfunction before, and sometimes, medical conditions can be a cause. Feeling down or stressed can also affect your ability to get an erection. I daily take these antidepressants but yesterday not and till now . Does antidepressants reduce the effectiveness of unwanted 72. Will I get pregnant? I'm worried
Female | 21
In general, the impact of the 72-hour pill on the efficiency of antidepressants is not that significant. If used in the recommended time frame, it is meant to work against getting pregnant. However, skipping your antidepressant doses may lead to your general well-being. Pay attention to any strange signs or emotional changes. If you go through persistent anxiety or if you have other concerns, see your healthcare provider for specifically tailored advice, and they can also help both your mental health and contraceptive requirements.

I’ve had trouble falling asleep for as long as I can remember. No matter how tired I am, it takes me at least an hour or more to fall asleep. My mind keeps racing even when I try to stop thinking, and my eyes often feel too dry or flicker involuntarily when I close them. I only fall asleep when I reach complete exhaustion. This has severely affected my daily life, including my ability to attend school. I’ve spoken to doctors before, and they suggested it might be a mental health issue, but I haven’t been able to get proper help. What kind of specialist should I see, and what could be causing this?
Female | 16
It's understandable to feel frustrated with your sleep difficulties. The symptoms you describe, such as racing thoughts and eye discomfort, could suggest underlying issues like anxiety or sleep disorders. Consulting a sleep specialist or a mental health professional may be beneficial, as they can assess your situation comprehensively. Techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) or relaxation exercises might help. It's vital to prioritize your well-being, so please consider reaching out to a psychiatrist who can guide you toward effective treatment options.
