Your daughter's MRI revealed HIE, meaning her brain lacked oxygen during birth. This condition, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, can lead to seizures, feeding difficulties, and developmental delays. Sir I have had two foot foot drop for the last few years, let me know the solution
Male | 42
The best solution for foot drop is usually an AFO (ankle-foot orthosis) brace. This brace helps to keep the ankle in the correct position and supports the foot, allowing you to lift it more easily. Your doctor may also recommend physical therapy or other treatments, such as electrical stimulation or surgery, to help strengthen and improve the function of the muscles in your foot and ankle.

I have also got subconjunctival hemorrhage in my eyes for the second time. First time it happened around one and a half month back.
Female | 24
The symptoms you described, like recurring fever, excessive body warmth, and red eyes, might indicate an underlying infection. These can sometimes signal a condition needing medical care. I suggest seeing a neurologist promptly for a thorough examination to determine what's causing your issues and the best treatment plan.

Patient got fever at first, in local hospital it was diagnosed as typhoid and she took treatment for 2 weeks then she was feeling good . Then after 3 days she again started vomiting and not able to drink aswell , so she was admitted to city hospital but nothing happened , they suggested neurologist visit. The neurologist did MRI and meanwhile she was loosing her eye sight gradually . Neurologist suggested to immediately move to bigger hospital , on the same night patient was admitted to jipmer multi-speciality hospital (Govt owned). From then last 25 days they are doing multiple tests for MS, NMOSD, AUTOIMMUNE, SPINAL ,EYE ,BLOOD,MRI. But all the reports are coming as negative nothing is diagnosed, meanwhile they are providing treatment like plasma therapy and patient totally lost vision, speech, mobility. Not sure what to do , can someone help us with further directions.
Female | 21
The person who lost vision, speech, and mobility is not positive news. Given the negative reports so far, it's clear that we have other plans in mind. Rare conditions also are a factor that needs to be considered. This included Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis (ADEM) or any other rare unknown, and often under-reported neurological disorders that might be the cause of these symptoms. Discuss these issues with a neurologist for the best treatment.

Based on the symptoms you have described, there is a huge chance that you may have vertigo, which is a disease that causes a man to feel dizzy and unstable. This may be due to malfunctions in the inner ear or injury of the brain. Sometimes the position you sleep in, turning to one side, may trigger these symptoms. Try to avoid sudden head movements, drink enough water, and get enough sleep to help. If the symptoms don't go away, see a neurologist for more tests.

Please help me We're in a war zone and can't take to a hospital What can I do ?
Male | 70
Seizures can be scary, especially when they happen often. In his case, they might be due to the testicular tumor or other health issues. To help him, keep him safe during a seizure by moving away harmful objects and laying him on his side. Comfort him and stay with him until it ends. Watch for any new symptoms and, if possible, gently clean any wounds he may have gotten. It's important to stay calm and supportive. Although you can't go to a hospital right now, keep monitoring his condition and get medical help as soon as possible.

I am 52 years old, male. I have a tremor only in my right hand for 4 years and it has been diagnosed as Parkinson's. Which therapy methods are suitable for me? Is stem cell therapy an option for me? I would like to receive advice. Best regard
Male | 52
Your Parkinson's tremor has caused a shaking hand on your right side as the doctor has identified. This can make you shiver, get stiff muscles, or have difficulty with your movements. Parkinson's treatment is the administration of drugs, physical therapy, and as a rule, in a small number of cases, also surgery. Even though research has been done regarding stem cell therapy it is not regularly practiced as a primary therapy for Parkinson's. Follow the prescribed therapies that your doctor gives you.
