¿Por qué me duele la rodilla izquierda al doblarla?
Hola tengo 33 años peso 75 kgs aprox.Tengo 3 hijos con parto natural.Desde hace 10 días tengo dolor en la rodilla izquierda que solo se presenta al agacharme o subir escaleras.No tengo ningún problema para estar de pie o hacer cualquier cosa. Trabajo pesado relacionado. Sólo en el momento de agacharme aparece el dolor. Estoy sano, no tengo alergias, infecciones ni ninguna otra dolencia. No me he lastimado las piernas. Siento que esto sucede debido al aumento de mi ácido úrico. Por favor aconseje sobre mi curso de acción para aliviar el dolor.

Le duele la rodilla izquierda cuando se agacha o sube escaleras. Este tipo de dolor, que ocurre sólo al agacharse, podría deberse a una afección llamada síndrome de dolor femororrotuliano. Es probable que se desencadene por actividades como subir escaleras. El aumento de los niveles de ácido úrico generalmente no se asocia con dolor de rodilla. Para ayudar a aliviar el dolor, puede comenzar relajándose la rodilla, aplicando bolsas de hielo, estirándose suavemente y tomando analgésicos de venta libre como paracetamol o ibuprofeno. Hi, about one month ago i was doing yoga and while doing Surya namaskar my left leg knee got twisted little badly i went to the nearest dispensary. They prescribed some medicine and didn't say much. I also applied some oil for pain relief and used crap bandage. It felt fine after 7-8 days. Now recently i went for trekking and there my same leg slipped now I'm having little discomfort in knee so should I go to doctor and do some x-ray or it will be fine.
