J'ai actuellement des douleurs dans le rectum et des difficultés à évacuer les selles. Je suis allé aux toilettes et j'ai réussi à évacuer les selles au cours des dernières 48 heures, mais mon rectum est tendu et je suis incapable d'évacuer les selles immédiatement après une selle. Les selles sont difficiles à évacuer, le rectum a une vive douleur à l'intérieur, je dois toujours faire des efforts pour évacuer les selles, extrêmement ballonné et très inconfortable tout le temps, je n'ai pas d'appétit actuellement et j'ai essayé d'utiliser des laxatifs, de changer mon alimentation et de rester hydraté . Rien n'a fonctionné jusqu'à présent. Quelles sont mes prochaines options ?

I am 16 year old male whos 5.1ft, very underweight (last checked ~80 pounds). I have very painful stomach cramps after just 20-30 seconds of running or anythibg that requires me to sprint. I am currently getting pain in my rectum along with difficulty passing stools. I have gone to the toilet and passed stools successfully over the last 48 hours but my rectum feels tight and unable to pass stool straight away after a bowel movement.
