I can't sleep properly. It's about 2 weeks I am facing this issue.
Female | 26
For the last two weeks, having difficulty getting to sleep or sticking to sleep could be a symptom of insomnia. This can be brought about by stress, worries, or even eating habits. Try setting a bedtime schedule, for example, going to bed and waking up at the same time every day. Say no to the stimulant beverage and technology before night's sleep. If this doesn't help, it's best to speak with your doctor.

Anxiety attacks and hyperventilation
Female | 25
When you get anxious, your body can start breathing too quickly, a condition known as hyperventilation. These symptoms can make you feel out of control, and shaky, and your heart might race fast. It occurs as a result of the brain's misinterpretation of the need for more air when the actual need is not. A technique called paper bag breathing, as well as breathing slowly, can help. Among such are uplifting leisure exercises such as mindfulness and deep breathing to mitigate your anxiety.

These symptoms can be connected with different causes such as tension, lifestyle, or malnutrition. To cope with them, express your emotions, use relaxation techniques that are good for you, eat healthily, sleep well, and rest appropriately. I advise consulting with a psychiatrist to address your mental health concerns and a neurologist to manage your migraine headaches and assess B12 deficiency.

Hi, I got prescribed sertraline 50mg and wanted to start treatment. However, I took St John’s wort 3 days ago. Is this safe for me to start sertraline treatment tomorrow?
Female | 22
Sertraline helps with depression and anxiety. St. John's Wort is an herb that doesn't mix well with sertraline. Together, they could cause serotonin syndrome - symptoms like confusion, fast heartbeat, and high blood pressure. It's better to wait 2 weeks after stopping St. John's Wort before starting sertraline. This prevents any issues from occurring.

In this case, you might be experiencing asthma, which is the source of your breathing difficulties, especially when you are stressed out or under emotional pressure. Try yoga, stretching exercises, deep breathing techniques, or meditation as a form of relaxation when you notice stress building up. On the other hand, if you see no improvement, report the issue to a psychiatrist to further explore and personalize treatment.

So, i took a 30mg codeine tablet. Then 5 minutes later i forgot i had taken it. So took another. So iv taken 60mg in 1sitting. Will i be ok. Im 33 weigh about 10st4. Relatively mind strong. I was just curios
Male | 34
If you take 60mg of codeine all at once, it is more likely to cause some side effects. One of the side effects is that you may become very sleepy, feel dizzy, or have problems with breathing. Whenever a medicine reaction like the one described here happens, it is best to remain calm and save your life without increasing the doses further. In addition, it is recommended to stay hydrated, sit down, and be observant of the body's feelings for possible encounters.
