I have constant constipation even tho I take fibrous foods. This makes me pass a lot of gas and have bloating. What should I do please?

Female | 18

Constipation can be caused by a number of factors, including a lack of fiber and water in the diet, as well as a sedentary lifestyle. However, if you are already consuming a fibrous diet and still experiencing constipation, it may be a sign of an underlying medical condition. As a medical expert, I advise you to visit a gastroenterologist for proper diagnosis and treatment. They will be able to recommend a suitable treatment plan to address your issue.

Then now walking past it for some reason I took another one - but as I swallowed 1 pull I realised that I allready took this pill. Is it dangerous? I tried to vomit but could not get it out.

Taking an extra dose of medication, especially in this case, can be potentially dangerous and may lead to overdose or adverse reactions. Swine flu is a serious viral infection, and taking medication as prescribed is crucial for proper treatment. However, taking more than the prescribed dose can lead to harmful side effects.

Do i need to get revaccination if a vaccinated dog against rabies bit me under span of 5 months , i was already vaccinated.

Male | 23

Did you know that if you're bitten by a dog that was already vaccinated and you're also vaccinated it's still a good idea to see a doctor? Rabies virus is a fatal virus that can also be spread through biting, but it is rare. In case you didn't know, always get a revaccination because it might still be enough for your safety. You can have a fever, headache, and be disoriented when rabies strikes. In such a situation, visit a healthcare provider.

Last month, I had done small excisional biopsy of oral lesion in inner cheek. I had been diagnosed with mild to moderate Dysplasia. Within 20 days I feel a small white lesion has grown by the side of originally biopsied area. I discussed with doctor and he suggested me for wide excisional laser biopsy. What is the chance of cancer in this biopsy? Do I still have chance of re occurance?

Male | 32

Dysplasia indicates abnormal cell changes that could potentially lead to cancer if not treated. A wide excisional laser biopsy is recommended to remove the affected tissue and reduce the chances of cancer or recurrence. Only a pathologist can determine the chance of cancer based on the biopsy results.

You've had chest issues for a month. That's difficult. Coughing, tightness, pain, breathing problems - those are chest problem signs. Pneumonia, a lung infection, could be why. See a doctor for antibiotics to get better. Rest, drink liquids, use a humidifier - those help too.

Hi I've been experiencing severe insomnia for some days now and everytime I go to sleep I just lie there. When its during the day I think about going to sleep that when I eventually go to sleep I don't sleep at all. I don't have access to a psychatrist and I've just bought sleeping meds to take today- please help

Female | 29

I cannot recommend any medications online.. however, there are some self help techniques you can try. Find a consistent sleep schedule, create a sleep friendly environment, practice relaxation techniques, limit screen time before bed and establish a bedtime routine.  Self medication is not recommended so it's best to seek professional medical advice.

Female | 20

Although a dog's scratch seems small, rabies worry is natural. However, if two months passed after the incident, the chances are low. Rabies brings fever, headaches, and anxiety – signs caused by the virus in animal saliva. Still, discussing with a doctor eases concerns.
