You are suffering from a tension headache. A typical characteristic of this problem is that you constantly feel like a tight band is wrapping around the head. A person may get this headache due to the brain's reaction to a stressful, tense environment, constant poor body mechanics, or eyestrain. One way to alleviate it is to relax, maintain good posture, and have screen breaks. Easy and gentle exercises for the neck can also be quite helpful. In addition to keeping your body hydrated and well-rested, you can treat yourself to a regular massage.

I'm 27 years old and yesterday I had severe headache and had had a feeling of vomiting which I almost vomitted. Later took disprin and I was better.. Today I was feeling lil dizzy and was feeling hot for little bit of tim

Female | 27

You probably had a severe headache and nausea but now you are better due to Disprin. Today, you have a feeling of dizziness and fever-like symptoms. These could be the signs of a migraine. Migraines can make you experience headaches, vomiting, dizziness, and the like, having light or sound be a trigger. Do not forget to lay down, drink water, and stay away from stress and some foods to keep it from happening.

My grandfather age is 69 he had second brain stroke after 3 month now he able to speak slow slow today he got anger and eat food by himself without ask anyone after I ask him is any problem you in eat he said no problem and easy to eat . so please doctor suggest me can we start giving him food by mouth

Male | 69

It is quite predictable for a person who had a stroke for the second time to have trouble speaking and experiencing behavior changes. The good thing is that he ate without any problem which is a way forward. His improved swallowing ability is reflected in his independent eating skills. It's necessary to lay a good basis by cutting out soft foods and liquids to avoid choking. Let him carry out the process of swallowing without being rushed. It's recommended that a speech therapist or a healthcare provider be the one to provide him with a diet plan that he must follow carefully.

My vitamin b12 levels are near about 200 ng/ml from 10 years although I am non vegetarian.currently i am on ssri from 1 year for anxiety and depression.now iam feeling muscle pain legs, numbness in fingers of hand sometimes very rare. It is due to anxiety issues or b/12 .

Male | 39

Insufficient vitamin B12 amounts can lead to muscle aches and numbness which will be considerably suffered in fingers and legs. If your symptoms are related to low B12 levels, it may still be the case that your meat-eating habits do not have any effect. The best way to handle this with your doctor is to ask them to check your B12 levels and determine whether you need treatment or supplements.

One more question my ears are ringing it's been 2 months to my accident and having a slight hearing loss in left ear it will go away or not ?

Male | 23

Ringing in the ears and deafness after an accident can result from injury to the tiny hairs in the inner ear. This might occur if there is an abrupt loud noise or trauma. It is necessary to consult with an audiologist. They will be able to determine what would be most helpful for your situation in terms of hearing improvement methods. Do not be afraid because there are treatments that can be used for you to be able to hear well again.

I had epilepsy since 2004, reflecting on eyes appearing as red and blue light flashing and double vision further mild headheck and vomiting sensation. At that I am not losing consciousness. Last episode appeared in 2015 . I am using Zonisep tablet 125 MG per day till today. Requested for better medical suggestions in this regard.

Male | 20

I recommend taking the medication as prescribed to you by your doctor. But if you experience any side effects from it or want to go for some other treatment, you can talk to your neurologist. He will suggest some other treatments based on your condition like lifestyle changes, CBT or acupuncture etc. Also, follow-ups is must.

The first step you should take is to consult a neurologist, who is a specialist in stroke treatment to properly assess your mother's condition and thereby streamline the treatment process for her.

What causes sudden faint

Male | 16

Sometimes, people faint unexpectedly. This occurs when blood doesn't reach the brain sufficiently. It might be low blood pressure, or maybe the heart rate dropped suddenly. Rapid standing, dehydration, and low blood sugar often cause fainting. To avoid it, stand up slowly from seated positions. Also, drink plenty of fluids regularly. Eating frequent meals helps maintain stable blood sugar levels.
