Mental pressure, depression, trust issues, and childhood trauma can make it very difficult for a person to go through life. Symptoms can be sadness, anxiety, insomnia, and loss of appetite. These emotions may be triggered due to some past experiences and stress. Speaking with a therapist or psychiatrist about your feelings and developing coping strategies is crucial to get stronger and be more resilient when dealing with problems.

I'm 23 years old, I'm facing anxiety disorders from past 5 years and taking antidepressants from last 4 years irregularly. But, still i get panic attacks and now the condition is that i feel a high pulse rate and then suddenly my left arm gets numb even somtimes my left leg and shoulder also feels the same and i also feel headache only in left side which is unbearable. What should i do?

Female | 23

The symptoms you're describing could be due to a panic attack, which can sometimes mimic a heart attack. It's important to address this issue promptly. Make sure you take your antidepressants consistently as prescribed and consult a mental health expert for the best way to manage your anxiety. Stress management techniques, like deep breathing exercises, can also help with these symptoms.

Anxiety issue, dizzineaa, palpitation, depression

Female | 28

Anxiety, dizziness, palpitations, and depression can be tough to deal with. You often feel anxious, which makes you worry a lot. Dizziness may feel like you're about to collapse, and palpitations are when your heart beats faster than usual. Depression causes you to feel sad frequently. These feelings can be caused by stress, lack of sleep, or health issues. To get support, try to calm your mind, maintain a regular sleep schedule, share your feelings with someone you trust, and consider therapy or counseling. These steps can help you manage your emotions better.

I am having insomnia for almost a week plus. I usually get myself to sleep at around 10pm, but recently always sudden wake up at 1am or 2am, then I couldn’t fall sleep again. It affects my work as I will be looking extremely tired and unable to talk well with my customers. I am not sure what’s happening

Female | 34

It sounds like you may be experiencing insomnia, which means having trouble sleeping. Common symptoms include difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep. One solution is to create a bedtime routine, avoid screens before bed, and try relaxation techniques. If the problem persists, consider talking to a medical professional for help.

I am an 18 year old female and have recently been prescribed 25mg of Sertraline to take for my anxiety. However i haven't started taking it yet because i feel i didn't get the chance to fully talk about my concerns and the potential side effects before committing to taking medication.

Female | 18

Sertraline is often the first treatment for anxiety. Mild side effects that can be experienced are stomach aches, headaches, and problems with sleeping. These disappear by themselves. If you have any doubt about taking it, ask your physician for a consultation. They are available to help you with your doubts before starting the course of the medication.

I recently found out I am pregnant. I am currently on antidepressants (50mg quetiapine, 150m Lamotrigine and 20mg escitalopram) should I be worried about the baby's development. I also had a miscarriage before, what can I do to keep baby healthy, are there recommendations for supplements

Female | 33

Pregnant women should have normal worries when carrying a baby after a miscarriage. The medications you've been prescribed can influence the development of your baby but quitting them too quickly can also be dangerous. This is the reason why it is vital to discuss this with your doctor. To promote your child's health, eat healthy foods and take prenatal vitamins, especially folic acid.

I have been suffering from music stuck in my head . As soon as I wake up that music starts to play in my head and it never end . I am very tensed about this because it affects my daily life activities like I can't even focus on my studies please help me

Female | 17

You might be dealing with "earworms," which is when a song gets stuck in your head. This can happen due to stress, fatigue, or simply hearing the song too often. To manage it, try switching to a different activity, listening to another song, or talking to a counselor to handle stress. Remember to take breaks from work and enjoy some downtime.

I am 16 year old boy and having mental and physical weakness in body. I masturbate a daily one time from 8 month. I don't like to talk with people nor even feel like connection with anyone. My sleep cycle is heavily disturbed that's why I sleep in day and awaken all night even though I don't want to do this.

Male | 16

Masturbating daily is normal but feeling weak and disconnected isn't. Lack of energy and disturbed sleep can be linked to many causes, like stress or depression. I recommend talking to someone you trust, like a parent or a school counselor, to get some help and support.

Hello i had a panic attack yesterday and my hands and feet were going numb also my mouth so i went to the ER they did 2 syringes in my stomach of Aqua then they did one behind of diazepam i am a regular smoker and i wanted to smoke could i? If i cant should i buy a no nicotine pack?

Female | 16

The numbness of hands, feet, and mouth is the result of decreased blood flow in panic attacks. The effect of smoking on the body can make people suffer from panic attacks. Given the fact that you were prescribed diazepam at the ER, smoking might hurt it. Stay away from smoking as it is better for you. If you are in bad shape and have to, you can try a no-nicotine pack.

I just quit smoking weed 3 days ago. Also just got prescribed venlafaxine for my anxiety. How long should i wait to start taking them?

Female | 20

The period of 7 days should pass after you have quit smoking weed. There should be a week's break between the two treatment regimens. Make sure to stay patient and let your body adapt to the medications.

Mene librium 10 ki 6 tablet li hai abhi

महिला | 30

If you take 6 Librium 10 tablets at once, it is dangerous. Librium is a drug used for treating anxiety which can make you feel sleepy or confused as well as lead to shallow breathing when taken in large amounts. To avoid any negative effects, make sure to take only the dose prescribed by your doctor and contact them immediately if you believe that you have overdosed on this medicine so that they can advise accordingly.

Hi doctor i wanted to bring your towards a patient a child (14 years old) i have prepared a summary which you can go through below. summary Patient exhibits aggressive and provocative behavior, with frequent outbursts (twice to thrice a day) that are both verbal and physical. The first severe outburst occurred in August 1st week. During these episodes, he becomes violent, attacking those closest to him, including his parents and brother. His speech is characterized by accusations of being "bad" and claims of conspiracy against him. After the outbursts, he displays remorseful behavior, crying and showing guilt. Physical attacks are severe and pose a risk of harm to himself or others. He also exhibits unusual behaviors such as spitting on objects and people, and attempting to lick them. Patient's history reveals: * Early childhood difficulties with keeping up in school * Competition with younger brother (2 years his junior) * Possible neglect or feeling neglected by parents due to favoritism towards the younger sibling * Lack of friends at school * Issues with making eye contact, paying attention, and lack of confidence Before the first outburst, he showed signs of: * Avoiding eye contact * Difficulty paying attention * Lack of confidence in performing or speaking when prompted The patient is currently under neurologist care after the initial outburst. See a psychologist or psychiatrist as soon as possible and get treated for any possible mental health issues that may be influencing your symptoms. In addition, go to a nutritionist or dietitian and have them compose a meal plan which will be a part of a healthy weight maintenance.
