It's understandable to feel overwhelmed by your symptoms, which may include anxiety, brain fog, and vision changes. These can arise from various factors, including stress, dietary issues, or underlying health conditions. It’s important to consider lifestyle adjustments, such as proper hydration, nutritious meals, and regular physical activity, which can enhance your overall well-being. Practicing mindfulness or relaxation techniques might help ease stress. However, since your symptoms have persisted, I strongly recommend consulting a healthcare professional. They can conduct a thorough evaluation and provide personalized guidance to help you on your path to recovery.

I am 31 year old living alone abroad. I am working here and going through a phase of getting married. I have had previous short term relationships. My fiance is living in India and will be moving with me after marriage. The biggest struggle these days is getting flashbacks of the good days from previous relationships and not liking many things of my Fiance. Since the recent past, I'm having multiple panic attacks and want to cry (somehow not able to cry). Also, I am getting suicidal thoughts which was never the case before. Sometimes I also imagine completely disappearing and start a life somewhere with new Identity and losing all the contacts with family and friends.

Do I have bpd and or depression? I have been having constant thoughts of self harm and suicide these past few years, I’ve attempted multiple times however I’ve never been to hospital for any of them, nobody even knows about them, my parents can’t get me tested due to financial issues, I don’t want to eat I have a terrible sleeping schedule, crying is a daily occurance, and I have episodes where I want to block everyone and just be alone but then I also don’t want to be alone and I get very obsessive when it’s someone I love that has broken up with me like the other week I lost it I was crying for 4 hours and I was begging for her to come back she didn’t however and now I feel horrible and I just want an answer

BPD is known for its symptoms such as self-injury, unstable emotions, fear of abandonment, and impulsivity. For example, you may feel sad, lose interest in things that previously gave you pleasure, and experience changes in your eating and sleeping habits. Genetic, biological, and environmental factors may be the culprits of both diseases. You should seek the assistance of a psychiatrist or a counselor.

I am 15 years old, I drank an energy drink at 4pm with 200mg of caffeine. I have never had an energy drink before, I was normal until now at 9pm and I feel jittery anxious and on edge and my chest kind of hurts but I don’t know if it is just the anxiety or what. Please help me is this normal.
Female | 15
A high-energy beverage containing a lot of caffeine might be responsible for your current state. You know, caffeine can make some people feel nervous and jumpy or even give them a tight chest. The deal is that caffeine is a drug; it stimulates the body. To get well, you need to take water, calm down, and don't touch anything containing caffeine.

It's important to have this with a healthcare professional who can assess her situation in its entirety is necessary. In the meantime, she will find it very beneficial to spend time in a relaxed environment and involve herself in activities, which give her pleasure and safety. Why I am feeling anxious and dizziness . Sometimes feel like cannot breathe fully
Male | 21
Feeling anxious, dizzy, and having trouble breathing happens when you're stressed, having a panic attack, or low iron. Slow breaths help. Talk to someone. Try relaxation exercises - breathe deep. Eat well, sleep lots. If it persists, tell someone you trust or see a psychiatrist.

Experiencing difficulty with sleep can be quite challenging, especially when stress levels are high. Common symptoms often include fatigue, irritability, and trouble concentrating. Stress can stem from various sources such as work, relationships, or life changes. To improve your situation, consider incorporating relaxation techniques like deep breathing, meditation, or gentle exercise into your daily routine. Establishing a consistent sleep schedule and creating a calming bedtime environment can also be beneficial. If these strategies don’t bring relief, I encourage you to consult a Psychiatrist for personalized support.

Female | 30
Hi there! Taking more medicine than the suggested dose can be bad. If you take 60mg of fluoxetine instead of 20mg, it can make you feel dizzy, mixed up, have a fast heartbeat, or even get seizures. It is important to stay calm and tell your doctor right away. The doctor will help you know what to do next to stay safe and healthy.

Being upset and worried is hard to bear. These emotions are largely due to stress or life changes attributed to many causes. Some of the signs are constant worrying, being afraid, or a disturbed sleep schedule. So, talk to a person, like a friend, or a family member. After that, engaging yourself in activities you prefer and getting enough sleep can help.

Hi doc. How dangerous is mixing overdose valium 300mg zolpidem 300 dormicum 300 klonpin 60mg with alcohol
Male | 32
A combination of Valium, Zolpidem, Dormicum, Klonopin, and alcohol with an overdose is highly risky. It causes severe bodily damage due to the high doses. Symptoms like lightheadedness, bewilderment, and even coma, may appear as the respiratory rate starts to decrease. This synthesis can be the most harmful since it targets the brain and the heart breathing. If you or another person has overdosed, immediately find someone to lend a hand.
