Your friend is having a hard time dealing with stress and experiencing emotional troubles, which in turn, are causing physical problems. She might be crying, talking to herself, and feeling a sharp pain in her chest, which is a clear indication of stress and anxiety. The noises in the stomach and blueish palms may be the first signs of a high pulse rate and lack of normal blood circulation. Advice her to speak to someone she trusts and make deep breathing a habit, and have her try relaxation techniques to minimize stress.

The deal is that caffeine is a drug; it stimulates the body. To get well, you need to take water, calm down, and don't touch anything containing caffeine.

Female | 15
Breakups can leave one feeling blue. You might feel glum, alone, or unenthused with pastimes you formerly savored. Such emotions are normal after a split. To work through it, try confiding in someone you trust, pursuing beloved hobbies, and caring for yourself via nourishing meals and ample slumber. Healing takes time, so go easy on yourself. Mixing Valium, Xanax, and alcohol can be extremely dangerous. They all influence the brain to slow down activities, which can result in respiratory difficulties, unconsciousness, and even death. Indications may involve sleepiness, bewilderment, slurred language, and a decrease in respiration. If you've mixed these, look for urgent medical care immediately. It's crucial never to combine these substances because it might be fatal.

I have never known what am suffering from. symptoms, over sweating, anxiety disorders, trembling in public due to anxiety, panic I feel like doing something but I think of what people will talk about me, poor memory, sometimes I find my self feeling like swallowing saliva repeatedly, sometimes joint pain I don't even believe in my self And others I fail to identify
Male | 21
What you describe seems like an anxiety disorder. When people find themselves in a state of panic, their bodies can respond in a variety of ways. Symptoms can make you a little self-conscious about your colleagues' opinions, thus impairing your memory and possibly leading to pain in your joints. Listening to relaxation techniques, adding exercise to your routine, and talking with a psychiatrist might help. Anyway, you should know that you are not the only one who experiences this and there are ways to get better.

I was wondering if I might have something such as DID, as I have been experiencing some symptoms. 1: I have auditory hallucinatons from time to time, like people talking, or whispering my name. 2: I cannot remeber most of my childhood at all. 3: I also talk to myself a lot, like I am a different person. 4: I have visual hallucinations sometimes, like shadows in the corner of my eye 5: Also have trouble focusing sometimes 6: very impulsive sometimes 7: I also daydream alot, and usually for 30 minutes + I and my sister was verbally abused from 2016 to 2022. It stopped in 2022 because I pointed it out. My ‘alters’ aren’t so complicated they are just different aspects of myself really. Most of the time to the extreme though. Like one is me but angry, sad, etc. Once I had a bit of a dissociative fugue, when I kind of just fazed out on the bus and I came to, on the bus but at a different point in the road, and I had no memory of what had happened.
Male | 18
Based on the symptoms, your problem may be Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). Consulting with an experienced psychiatrist or clinical psychologist, especially in the field of DID, is crucial in diagnosing and planning personalized treatment.

Female | 18
During a panic attack, you might feel as if you cannot breathe, have a racing heart, and feel shaky or dizzy. Your body can be in “fight or flight” mode when there is no real danger. You should do breathing exercises or other things that help you relax so these feelings don’t get too intense. Talk with someone you trust and consider talking to a counselor or therapist for more support if necessary.
