It seems that you may be going through a type of depersonalization. That means that a person can observe life like an outside spectator from the viewpoint of seeing himself/herself acting. It can be associated with anxiety, stress, and other mental health issues as well. It is highly advised to communicate with someone you trust or a counselor about how you feel. They will be able to provide you with coping mechanisms. Besides, resting well, eating properly, and take a couple of breaths or practising mindfulness can also be beneficial to keep your mind at peace.

I can't sleep I have tachycardia anxiety. Haven't slept for 2 days. I have lorazepam here how much should I take, I have never took anything like that.
Male | 35
The first thing to do is to make an appointment with your family doctor or a specialist to discuss your tachycardia anxiety. Lorazepam self-medication is not advised, and this is especially for those who have never used this drug. Taking the wrong dosage might lead to negative effects and it could also lead to other health problems. For this condition, you will need to consult a professional for a competent diagnosis and the most useful treatment.

The effects of a birth control injection can't be washed out as it stays in your body for a specific duration, typically around three months. If you're facing problems, it's important to consult a gynecologist who can guide you on the best course of action for your situation. They can also discuss alternative contraceptive methods that might suit you better.

Hello, I wanted to know that can we start taking Bedranol a day before any stress inducing event for anxiety relief?

It's good to think about ways to cope with anxiety before something stressful occurs. Bedranol, or propranolol, can help with physical anxiety symptoms like rapid heartbeat and shaking. Stress, hormonal changes, and the life cycle are the major factors causing this situation. Open up to others about your problems, as they might provide you relief. Doing physical activities, following a proper diet, and making sure to sleep enough are also some of the benefits that see it. If you are unsure of what actions to take, make an appointment to see a psychiatrist who can give you support and advice for the situation.

I was wondering if I might have something such as DID, as I have been experiencing some symptoms. 1: I have auditory hallucinatons from time to time, like people talking, or whispering my name. 2: I cannot remeber most of my childhood at all. 3: I also talk to myself a lot, like I am a different person. 4: I have visual hallucinations sometimes, like shadows in the corner of my eye 5: Also have trouble focusing sometimes 6: very impulsive sometimes 7: I also daydream alot, and usually for 30 minutes + I and my sister was verbally abused from 2016 to 2022. It stopped in 2022 because I pointed it out. My ‘alters’ aren’t so complicated they are just different aspects of myself really. Most of the time to the extreme though. Like one is me but angry, sad, etc. Once I had a bit of a dissociative fugue, when I kind of just fazed out on the bus and I came to, on the bus but at a different point in the road, and I had no memory of what had happened.
Male | 18
Based on the symptoms, your problem may be Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). Consulting with an experienced psychiatrist or clinical psychologist, especially in the field of DID, is crucial in diagnosing and planning personalized treatment.
