Hello Doctor, While eating i accidentally bite my inner cheek and a sore/wound has appeared on the bite site which is causing me an extreme pain and uneasiness, now i cant chew properly due to it,the exact location is on the right lower side adjacent to wisdom teeth . Furthermore my inner cheek are touching or rubbing against the last lower teeth which is also causing a mark on my cheek. Kindly suggest me any appropriate remedy or medication for the above issue. A month ago, I had a filling done. Only after I eat do I begin to experience any discomfort. Food becomes jammed up in the teeth filling area. It's as if there's a infection going around. What is the best treatment for removing the infection?

local generalised xray is needed for that particular tooth. if filling has not helped the pain, then maybe a RCT will be required.can comment on it only after seeing the x-ray.

for the discomfort after the filing a simple solution could be to just visit the same Dentist back & tell him to reduce the filling ti get in Occlusion
