Why does my 4-year-old with fever feel sleepy?
Boy 4year old fever 100.2° F shivering cold feets , feeling sleepy, tired due to early morning wake up and all day travel playing ( history of febrile seizure )

A fever of 100.2°F, shivering, cold feet, sleepiness, and fatigue can be the indicators of an infection that has occurred in his body. You should not take lightly the record of a febrile seizure which necessitates you to keep watch on his temperature. You should ensure that he is sleeping enough, getting enough water, and feeling comfortable in his clothes. If the fever continues or other unusual symptoms appear, consult a pediatrician.
