Hello. Two weeks ago, during weight training, I had a sudden pain in my lower abdominal. It was so painful that I could not move. I thought it might be cramping, but it worsened every second and in addition, I did not have any period for almost 4 months. I am 15 years old. Though, earlier in the morning before I had this unexpected pain, I had a little spotting. I have then been to the emergency room, where after 3 hours my pain stopped. I have been suspected with a small cyst rupture, however, there was no evidence indicating that the cyst had ruptured. We have done both lab works and an ultrasound and everything was absoultly normal. It is also important to mention that I had a cyst a year ago, but then it disappeared as we did another ultrasound, but for the last year I did not check it. 3 days after my pain, I have done another ultrasound and everything was fine. Another thing to mention, during the day I was at the ER, I came home and I had straight blood when I peed. The next day everything was absolutely normal without any spotting neither red or brown, everything was clear. Since then I have been having pain when I am doing sports activities and when my lower abdomendan is touched. (both left and right side). However, in the last couple days I have been having servere pain in my upper left abdomonen. When I had that terrible pain, it was mainly on the left side. Currently I am having severe pain on my upper left side, and additionally I always have a pain of hunger that feels as my stomach is sore and burns. What is going on? Can it be related to a spleen? Gastritis? Maybe there was not cyst burst?
Female | 15
The pain in your lower stomach area might come from many things. The lab tests and ultrasounds being normal is a good sign. Your pain during sports and left upper stomach discomfort could point to things like a swollen stomach lining or problems with your spleen. Talking to a gastroenterologist is important to find out what is causing the pain and get the right treatment.

I have lower abdominal pain on the right side of my lower abdomen. It's really uncomfortable. I have gone for a test, so, I'm hoping to discuss the results with any available doctor
Female | 24
The right side of the lower abdomen can hurt for various reasons. The sharp pain, bloating, nausea, or fever which can accompany it are the possible symptoms. Appendicitis, ovarian cysts, or muscle strain could be the causes. One's tests should be interpreted by a gastroenterologist who should then give a diagnosis. The treatment is based on the exact diagnosis and may involve medication, surgery, or some lifestyle changes.

Male | 63
For severe constipation, especially with your long-term diabetes, it's important to address this carefully. Overuse of laxatives like Laxet can worsen the problem. Increasing fiber intake, staying hydrated, and regular exercise can help. However, for immediate relief and to ensure it's safe given your medical history, please consult a gastroenterologist. They can provide appropriate treatment and manage any underlying issues.

Male | 19
It seems that you're having a difficult time with diarrhea and blood in your stool. Diarrhea for 5 days with blood may suggest infections, inflammatory bowel disease, or hemorrhoids. Drink plenty of fluids, and stick to bland foods when eating. Find out the reason for it by seeing a gastroenterologist immediately and take the necessary treatment accordingly.

Hi, I believe I am suffering from IBS for several years. No blood in stools,.no weight loss so don't think it's IBD. Would being tested for intolerance or sensitivity to certain foods help alleviate my symptoms. Thank you
Female | 56
Consider testing for food intolerances or sensitivities might be helpful. While IBS doesn't cause structural damage like Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), it can still lead to uncomfortable gastrointestinal symptoms.

I was suffering from loose motion, vomiting, dizziness yesterday then I took salaine after that fever occurs and BP got too low.....and headache occurred too....why?
Female | 22
You probably experienced dehydration. This means your body lacked enough water and minerals. Loose motions and vomiting can lead to fluid loss. Drinking saline solution may help replenish fluids, but it could potentially cause fever due to an allergic reaction. Dehydration might also cause low blood pressure or headaches. Consuming water and resting can alleviate dehydration symptoms.

Why is my stomach side paining
Female | 22
Sometimes, stomach pains strike on one side. Gas or overeating may cause this discomfort. It also could be because of a strained muscle. However, more serious issues like ulcers or organ inflammation could also trigger such pain. If severe or persistent pain, medical consultation from a gastroenterologist is necessary. Meanwhile, stay hydrated. Rest up. Eat gentle and consume healthy food.

Does jaundice cause excessive urine? If it does occur then why does it occur?
Male | 18
Jaundice occurs when there’s too much of a yellow pigment called bilirubin in your body. This can cause your skin and eyes to turn yellow. Jaundice may also lead to more frequent urination as your body tries to remove the extra bilirubin through urine. If you have jaundice, see your doctor to understand the cause and get the right treatment.

My name is Sachin i have been experiencing bloating, cramps, stomach pain, and feeling like your stomach is hard, especially after eating cauliflower and grams. My symptoms started gradually and have been consistent since morning. The severity of my symptoms is around 6 to 7 on a scale of 1 to 10. I have not experienced diarrhea or constipation along with these symptoms.
Male | 32
Bloating, cramps, and stomach pain after eating cauliflower and beans might occur if your digestive system is unable to function properly. They can lead to gas production, which in turn, can make your belly quite firm and you may feel uncomfortable. Try to stay away from these foods for the moment and drink a certain amount of water to see if your symptoms are relieved. If the situation persists, you can consider consulting a gastroenterologist for some additional guidance.

It appears that you may have a medical problem called rectal prolapse. This occurs when the rectal tissue which is lining the rectum comes out through the anus. Symptoms include a feeling of something coming out of the bottom, bleeding, and discomfort. It can occur because of straining during bowel movements or weak pelvic floor muscles. To prevent this, it is essential to stay away from constipation by consuming a fiber-rich diet and drinking sufficient water. You need to consult with a gastroenterologist to receive the right care.
