Heavy bleeding can result from hormone issues or conditions like polycystic ovary syndrome. Since bleeding persists, seeing a gynecologist is crucial. They might recommend treatments to regulate her cycle.

Am two days late of my period but am not pregnant....what is the possible cause
Female | 33
In some cases, your period could be irregular even if you’re not pregnant. Stress, weight fluctuations, or hormonal imbalances are all possible reasons. Perhaps you have been very stressed recently or experienced changes in your daily life and diet. If your period is still late after a little while, it may be best to see a gynecologist just in case.

Hello doctor. Me and my partner didn’t had sex but on 4th July, I gave him oral and kissed him on the lips with his precum on my lips. Is there a chance of pregnancy? I’ve irregular periods and my due date was near. Today morning I saw bleeding in my vagina thinking it’s periods but my periods are not so light. I’ve a heavy flow. So I took the unwanted 72 within 48 hours. But 6 hours after taking the pill also, I can see light red blood spots on the toilet paper. Could it be ovulation bleeding or is it because I took the pill on my period day. I’ve medium-dry vagina with minimum discharge. And will I have withdrawal blood if the sperm didn’t went inside my vagina? Should I take a pregnancy test? And when will I have my regular periods? I’m really scared. I hope you’ll answer my queries.
Female | 19
The chances of getting pregnant from oral sex are quite low, but it is not ruled out. The bleeding you may have had after taking the unwanted 72 pill could, indeed, be attributed to the pill itself affecting your menstrual cycle. This can cause spotting or irregular bleeding. Such a thing is not a sign of ovulation bleeding. You can experience a late or early period as well as any of the above. The important thing is to monitor the symptoms enough and give enough time. Recall the pill can throw off your cycle. If you are concerned, be patient, and take a pregnancy test to make sure. Avoid stressing out, because stress can also be why your periods are irregular.

Hello doctor. Me and my partner didn’t had sex. On July 4, gave him oral. His pre cum got onto my lips. Kissed him on his hips with his pre cum. And then he went down on me. Is it possible to get pregnant like that? Or even if he has touched his penis with a little bit of pre cum and fingered me after 1-1.5 hours of doing so? I took emergency contraceptive under 48 hours. And I drank 2 glasses of ginger water one day before taking it and also 5 hours before taking it. And early morning before taking the pill on July 5, I saw some light bleeding in my vagina and thought it was ovulation bleeding because I don’t have such light periods. And I’ve irregular periods. ( I’m not sure if it was my periods ) so there are chances that I took the unwanted 72 pill on the first day or 1-2 days before my periods were due. And after 14-15 hours of taking the pill, I started bleeding heavily (more than spotting and less than periods) . The bleeding was enough to use a pad. Can withdrawal bleeding start this early ? Just after 14-15 hours of taking the pill? Or is it my periods triggering early because I took the pill maybe near my due date or on my due date? On 6th July morning, I drank one more glass of ginger water , and in the evening my body temperature fluctuated between 99.3 at 5pm to 98.7 at 8pm and 97.6 at 11pm . My heartbeat also gets fast sometimes. Is it because of the stress? Or hormonal changes? Today is July 7th, more than 48 hours gone after taking the pill. And in the morning , I was feeling dizzy , tired and weakness. I slept again and woke up at 3pm. I am still feeling tired but that maybe because I slept so much. I’m still bleeding heavily. But it’s lesser than my normal periods. Could this be my periods only? But less heavier? Or is it withdrawal bleeding? Am I pregnancy safe? I’m really worried!
Female | 19
Interestingly, you can get pregnant despite using emergency contraception. The bleeding you experienced is more likely a response to the pill, not pregnancy. The changes in temperature and fast heartbeat might be due to hormonal changes or stress. Dizziness and fatigue are common with emergency contraceptives. Take some time to rest, and keep hydrated, and if you have any more concerns, please visit a gynecologist.

Unconscious unrine during pregnancy, means delivery is due or else
Female | 34
Unconscious urine leakage during pregnancy, also known as urinary incontinence, can occur due to the pressure on the bladder from the growing uterus. It is relatively common during pregnancy, especially in the later stages when the baby's head puts pressure on the pelvic floor muscles.

I am a female, 46 yr old, taking madicines for mensuration disorders.According to usg report, taking NOVELON.Bleeding was continuing since 16 days. Then I got PAUSE 500( still not stopped), then got CRINA NCR, then it stopped. But,Sir/Mam,I am feeling very eatching and low pain in my vagina.I took CANDID V 6 yesterday.,pain decrease, but eatching still continuing. My doctor is out of station. Please help me.
Female | 46
The itching and pain in your vagina might be due to a fungal infection, especially if you recently took antibiotics. The discomfort due to fungi can be treated. Using Candid V6 was a good start, but if the itching persists, you may need to see another gynecologist for further advice. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry and avoid tight clothing.

Female | 22
You are going through a tough time with stress and sleeping troubles. Stress can interfere with sleep, and in some cases, it can even worsen illnesses such as asthma and anxiety. The most common cause of insomnia is stress. You can try relaxation techniques like deep breathing, gentle exercise, and avoiding caffeine or screens before bed.

I am 64 year old . I have itching in vegina . Redness , skin allergy , plz give me medicine or doctor consultation .
Female | 64
If you’re feeling itchy, red, or allergic around your vagina, this might be vaginal dermatitis. Such symptoms can also result from irritants such as soap, perfume, or fabrics with which this area comes into contact. To relieve them, use mild fragrance-free soap and wear 100% cotton panties. Apply a light moisturizer as well. If these signs persist or worsen after some time has passed, please seek medical attention from a gynecologist for further evaluation.

It's quite common for women aged 20 and under to have irregular periods. This can be due to stress, dietary changes, or hormonal imbalances. While homeopathy might have been helpful, it may be time to consult a gynecologist. A specialist can run tests to identify the cause and recommend the right treatment.

I have missed my period for two months now but I'm not pregnant
Female | 20
Missing your period does not necessarily mean pregnancy. Stress, weight fluctuations, hormone imbalances – these could also impact menstruation. Additionally, if you experience acne flare-ups, excess hair growth, or headaches , it could indicate an underlying condition. Relax, eat wholesome foods, and stay active. If this problem persists, consider consulting a gynecologist for proper diagnosis.

does combined birth control pills really stop ovulation
Female | 20
Yes, combined birth control pills, the combination of which are effective at inhibiting ovulation and therefore each month doesn't release any eggs, do this by stopping ovulation. This also makes it more difficult for sperm to swim to the egg. Mucus production in the vagina is one of the reasons why the egg is not reached by sperm. By this means of contraception, the chance of becoming pregnant decreases. They work well if the rules are strictly followed. Make sure to take the pills every day as prescribed and you will be protected. Don't hesitate to consult your gynecologist if there is anything that worries you or if you experience any side effects.

Symptoms include prolonged periods, spotting between cycles, and irregular cycle lengths. It's important to see your gynecologist to identify the cause. Treatment options may involve hormones or surgery, helping to restore balance and provide relief.

Reason of delayed period
Female | 24
The cause of a missed period may range from stress, weight-related changes, hormonal imbalance, or chronic general conditions. I would need the guidance of a gynecologist to know the exact condition and seek the required treatment.

Recently i’ve been actively having unprotected sex and i was supposed to start my period two days ago it never came but i’ve been cramping and discharging a lot i took a pregnancy test and it was negative
Female | 16
You did the right thing by taking a pregnancy test. Periods can be irregular due to stress or diet changes, causing delays. Cramping and discharge may occur before periods start. If you're still concerned, take another test after a few days. Remember to practice safe sex to prevent pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases.

I am 18 years old girl I have period problem before my period date I have little period blood everyday after some days I have normal period
Female | 18
Hormonal changes, stress, or thyroid problems could be causing this. Keep a record of when it happens and how long it lasts each time on your calendar along with what other symptoms you may have had during those days too. To make your periods more regular try eating well, doing exercises regularly such as walking for 30 minutes every day. See a gynecologist if nothing changes after doing this or if anything else worries you.

My friend is struggling a lot with her periods, they are irregular and sometimes even bleed a lot and stops at day 1. She sometimes blacks out and has migranes every now and then. She experiences ringing noises randomly and has stomachache all the time.
Female | 16
Your friend faces different concerning symptoms. Irregular periods, heavy bleeding, blackouts, migraines, ringing noises, and stomachaches – could relate to endometriosis. It's when tissue like the uterus lining grows outside. Causing pain, symptoms you mentioned. See a gynecologist for diagnosis, and treatment options.

How soon do pregnancy symptoms start after one had sex and how can I tell whether it is pregnancy or PMS
Female | 21
Pregnancy symptoms often arise around 4 to 6 weeks after sex. These can mimic PMS, like tiredness, bloating, or mood fluctuations. Some women experience nausea or tender breasts too. A pregnancy test provides the only definite answer. See a gynecologist if you suspect pregnancy, to confirm and discuss options.
